Located in San Miguel de Cozumel, this lovely house for $140 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Special pricing after two guest!! Our house, Casa Cielito, is a recently built modern residence in a quiet neighborhood of Cozumel. It is a two story house with a swimming pool, a beautiful cozy garden with palm trees, an outdoor gas grill and a large roof top terrace to enjoy the sun all day long. There are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, television, king-size bed and private patio. All bedrooms have big walk in closets. The downstairs master bedroom has a great bathroom with a walk-in twin shower and a spacious vanity with double sinks. The living room has two sitting areas, a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a custom made dining table for six. In addition to the upstairs master bedroom and 3rd bedroom there is an office area with recently updated internet connectivity, complete with WiFi. We love what our architect has done, he really paid attention to every detail. We are away from the busy tourist area but it is only a few minute drive to the waterfront, the restaurants and supermarkets. Sam’s Club is in walking distance and the beaches are 15 minutes away, the drive to get to them is beautiful. Karen, our property manager conveniently lives right across the street. She and her husband Ricardo, a Marine Biologist, also run their own scuba diving business and can take you to the best diving spots on the Cozumel reef system. We hope you will enjoy staying with us!

Beautiful property! Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun or rain. Sunsets from the rooftop, easy to use kitchen, extra towels and bedding. We will be coming back again.

The photos of this house don’t do it justice. From the well thought out design to the architectural details, we enjoyed this property so much! We felt incredibly safe, and walked to breakfast at the Maple Bakehouse daily. Our extensive communication with the owner and property manager was flawless from beginning to end. Their recommendations were spot on- especially dinner at MrTaco and a snorkeling trip with Mystic. We hope to return sooner than later!

Beautiful place - better than pictures - lots of space. Pool is great - hung out there for many hours per day. Ended up renting a scooter to get around towards the end of our trip, found that better than cabs (easy to find next to Sam’s club which is 2 min walk away)

This beautiful house had it all! Plenty of space for our whole family to spread out, fully stocked kitchen (even beer and soda in the fridge when we arrived), and the most gorgeous pool. It was the perfect location-close to everything-and it was so nice to come home at the end of the day and hop in the pool or relax in the air conditioning. Suzanne was incredibly helpful with suggestions of activities and restaurants. Ricardo was great at making sure we had everything we needed and more. Thank you for letting us borrow your magnificent home. Can't wait for next time!

This house is comfortable and spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and have their own bathrooms and outdoor spaces. Great kitchen and it is close to grocery shopping and downtown. The rooftop provided sunrise and sunset vistas. Ricardo was responsive and right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed it

This was my third time staying at this property. It will always be my first choice when coming for some relaxation in Cozumel. Suzanne (the host) is an absolute delight to work with and Ricardo and Karen (the property management who will assist with anything and everything and are located literally across the street) are beyond friendly and helpful. This property works with Cozumel Chef so that you can order groceries to be delivered prior to your arrival so that once you’re at the house, you can immediately start your vacation. Absolutely recommend this home to everyone who is looking for a great place to enjoy all that Cozumel has to offer. I look forward to another stay soon and hopefully for longer than a week next time!

We loved being able to have a cool space with plenty of room to relax. With separate bedrooms and bathrooms, we could hang out together in the common spaces and get away from the hustle for a bit. We filled our days with fun adventures like seeing Mayan ruins, exploring caves, hiking, eating local restaurants, working on improving our Spanish, and snorkeling. So many fun things with easy access from the house. We will have to go back to finish exploring all the great places and meeting more wonderful, friendly people.
We opted not to drive our first trip to Cozumel and instead relied on taxis. We found a taxi stop near the Sam's Club/Bodega Aurrera and discovered that we could walk West toward the tourist area to find a taxi on the few occasions when one wasn't immediately available.

This was hands down the nicest property we have stayed at in Cozumel! The house is beautifully designed and close to everything you need. The private pool is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Beautiful, spacious house in Cozumel neighborhood
The house in Cozumel is a beautiful home-away-from-home in Cozumel. The neighborhood was charming and convenient to all of the parts of the island that we visited. The neighborhood is safe and interesting to explore on foot or bicycle.
The house is a stunning modern home with high-ceilings and more than ample air conditioning for cool comfort even on the warmest tropical day.
The downstairs has a huge comfortable public space as well as the master bedroom. The upstairs has additional generous bedrooms and baths as well as multiple decks, and a work-space. The house is very large.
The private courtyard had a cool, beautiful well-maintained pool and also a very convenient washroom with a washer and dryer for clothes and diving gear. The outside also had a kitchen and dining area.
Our interactions with the manager Ricardo were effortless. He was easy to contact and responded promptly to our requests. He also coordinated with the maid service. The house was spotless when we arrived and spotless after the maids were finished each week.
I would highly recommend renting this house for any trip to Cozumel.

Fabulous Stay!
We absolutely loved this house. It was private outside and in with plenty of rooms and nooks. The pool outside the front door was sublime. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable, we highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Hidden Treasure
I rented this property for a much needed getaway and was blown away with the home. Susanna was a delight to speak to, Karen and Ricardo were so sweet and helpful, Pedro the pool boy was charming and I didn’t get the pleasure of meeting the housekeeper but she was fantastic. I found that my two fur babies I left behind were replaced by my two vacation iguana perritos in the master bedroom courtyard during the day. The male and female are beautiful. The rooftop patios were amazing during the evenings and the patio and front courtyard were relaxing and inviting. The pictures do not do this home justice. The space is huge yet cozy. A quick walk to Tacos delNorte (one block away across from the Sam’s Club) provides convenient, delicious and cheap tacos, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas and churros with handsome men who will help you with your Spanish while you help them with their English. The property manager, Karen, works with Cozumel Chef so that you can order groceries prior to your arrival and they are delivered and unpacked saving you a trip to the store after a day of traveling. I spent 1/3 of what I would have paid for a resort stay and had a much more relaxing time.
Note: If you hate dogs, birds and offers of sweet breads sold on the street, this is not the place for you. None of these things bothered me but I LOVE being in town and around the Mexican culture. Just a fair warning should this be a potential future complaint by one of those people who just HAS to have something to complain about. FYI (to be clear): There are dogs in the neighborhood, birds next door and men who sell breads until about 11pm at night.

This is a great place to stay
The house is very nice and well maintained., and above all private and quiet. The terraces and pool add the finishing touches. Ricardo and Karen responded quickly you any questions I had. All in all it made for a nice relaxing vacation.

Beautiful house, very well equipped with everything one could want for a great hols.
Karen and Ricardo are so friendly and helpful, Ricardo organised a great snorkelling trip for us which was really appreciated.
We loved Cozumel, whilst it is quite ‘touristy’ with cruise ships etc, it didn’t feel too busy and it does mean there are plenty of things to do and a great choice of restaurants etc.
Would love to return.

Great home on Cozumel
The home is great, spacious in a quiet side street of Cozumel.
Cozumel itself is the go-to-place in case you want to scuba dive, there are endless ways to do it and the home is well located for it.
We loved the pool (by day) and the roof (by night).
As well Suzanne as well as Karen (the local manager) were a pleasure to work with and Karen took perfect care of us when arriving, in case we had questions and when leaving.

Very nice House
This house felt new and was very clean. All amenities were included and we appreciated the extra towels and lots of drinking water was supplied.
Only 1 complaint - the pool is not heated so was refreshing but too cold to spend any time in. It would be so easy to set up a thermal heating system with some black hose on the roof top deck.
