Upstairs bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and ample dresser and closet space. Futon easily accommodates a small child or an additional guest. Fantastic location and the first floor is very modern/updated. The second floor is a bit date, which wasn't a major issue, but the beds were uncomfortable and the AC unit in one of the bedrooms had bits of black mold all over the vent area.

House is great. Just thought there was one bedroom on first floor. Also thought it was closer to center of town. Otherwise it was a great vacation
