Located in Nantucket, this attractive house for $525 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This 3 bedroom ranch sleeps 6. Large living room with wall mounted flat screen cable TV. Large sofa, matching chair and rocker - recliner complete this relaxing area. The master bedroom is roomy with a king size bed along with plenty of drawer space and attached half bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed along with a single. There are closets in each bedroom. There is a double and a twin bed in third bedroom. Dinning area boasts high top style table with seating for 6. The kitchen is equiped with full size appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. Full bath features a 5' wide handicapped accessible shower. Outdoor shower. 12' x 26' deck. Bamboo flooring has been installed throughout the house.

We like this house because it’s clean, has AC, a dishwasher, a great laundry and dryer, and lots of room for 4 of us without breaking the bank. The outdoor shower is a plus. The location near Doughnyflake (donuts and breakfast) is fun. Negatives are the surveillance cameras and the traffic outside. Newtown Rd is used as a shortcut to avoid the rotary. We generally kept the windows shut and the blinds closed in the windows facing the street. It was our second time at this house. We brought our own chef knives this time as we like to cook. You can walk to Souza’s Seafood and order steamed lobsters.

This place worked well for our family. Comfortable. Good location. Easy walking to grocery and restaurants. Would stay here again if I come back. Need to bring your own bath soap and shampoo. Have to get up early on day of check out to wash sheets so plan well for that.

This was our 2nd summer renting this property. It is clean, close to town and beaches and has everything we look for in a summer rental - AC, King Bed and an outdoor shower. Loved spending time on the big deck in the backyard.

We stayed with our 2 adult sons and they really liked the location- near the donut shop, etc. It’s a residential area, mid island. We were saved by the AC as we arrived in a heat wave. Everything worked! And it was clean as a whistle.

The location of this house is unbeatable. It is clean and well appointed with a nice deck. Quick walk to supermarket, restaurants and bakeries. Bike path nearby too.

The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our group of 6 that was visiting for a wedding in the town. The town is about 1.5 miles so it’s either a long walk or quick Uber. Ubers we’re somewhat hard to get while we were there (mid-September) so just something to keep in mind when making plans. The house’s outdoor patio was perfect for when we had a few hours to relax. The outdoor shower was also a big hit. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend for anyone spending some time on the island. Thanks, Clay!

Came here with my wife and baby. Location was absolutely perfect. You could walk to tons of restaurants and stop & shop very close by or take a longer walk into the heart of town. Clay was great with communication and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay in a great location!
My husband and 2 toddlers had a wonderful stay in Nantucket. The home was perfect for our family and was just as it was described in the listing. Clean, good layout, enjoyed having a yard with dining area. Loved being able to grill out. The location was excellent, centrally located and walking distance to many cool restaurants, coffee, bakery and grocery store. We will be B-ACK!

We have rented this house For the last 3 years, it is convenient to bike path, downtown and beach. Cute backyard and deck, well kept and great layout for families, reasonably priced as well

My only suggestion would be the grill which is extremely small and time for an update :)

Great house in a great central location!
I am back after 26 years of living on Nantucket as a college student. Wanted to show my kids how fabulous this island is! We had a great week and the house was perfect for our family. Weather was close to perfect and the owner was always available. Clean and all the amenities we needed.

The place was great, about a mile from the ferry. Stop and Shop was two away, along with some restaurants, bars and shops.
Bile trails were at the end of the street. Surfside is the closest beach, Jetties is about 1.5 miles.
