Dishes dirty in cabinet, very little hot water, floors were dirty, could not open windows due to hurricane shutters, very warm air in master bedroom, cable not working in living room, no basic amenities (salt/pepper, hand towels in kitchen).

We had a very nice stay. I especially appreciated how easy it was to get in contact with the property manager and how nice he was. If we come back to Dundee, we will definitely stay here again.

This was exactly what we were looking for. My son wanted to go to legoland for his birthday. This home was perfect and near everything we wanted to do.

We picked this home, it was close to Legoland. The home was clean. The only issue was the back porch was not clean. I would have loved to use it but with spider webs and other creatures in screen. If the porch was clean I would have given 5 stars. The bathroom in the master bedroom is very, very small. But overall nice older house close to LEGOLAND...

It was comfortable home.

We only were here 2 nights but will be back next week for another 2 nights. We are looking forward to our return. Clean, roomy property - close to our family we were visiting. Easy on and off major roads. Close to restaurants and Legoland.

We picked this home away from home based on several factors. It was close to Legoland--the location could not be beat for that! The home was clean and uncluttered...very neat. The tangerine tree in the back yard was something the children enjoyed. There is plenty of closet space and the closets do have hangars. The master mattress is very hard. The double on the bunk bed is much softer, if that is something that matters to you. I wish I had figured that out sooner. The bathroom in the master bedroom is very, very small. Anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty using the commode in that bathroom. The shower, though, is nice and big, and once you figure out how to turn on the hot water, there is plenty of it. The listing advertised a fully stocked kitchen, and the house sleeps 10. There is not enough silver wear for 10 people. The kitchen lacked a kitchen towel and pot holders. It also lacked simple things necessary for basic cooking for a family: a mixing bowl, a measuring cup, a mixing spoon. We mixed pancake batter in a pot, guessing at the water to powder ration, and dipped it out with a coffee cup. The kitchen is equipped with a blender, a Nutribullet, and a coffee maker--which are very nice to have. The welcome book says that they provide dish soap and dish washer detergent. There was no dish washer detergent. It was, overall, the most poorly stocked VRBO kitchen we have ever used. The owner did apologize for the inconvenience of the items that were missing. He was very nice, and I expect that the issues we mentioned to him will be fixed before the next people rent the house. They do expect that all the dishes are washed and put away. We did wash them in the dishwasher, but we could not put them away before the wash cycle was finished due to the 10 AM checkout time. The thing that bothered us the most, though, was that the front shutters are metal and locked. If a fire had happened, we would not have been able to exit the front bedrooms. The pictures show sunlight coming through the windows...if we had known about the shutters, we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. It simply is not safe to not be able to exit in case of a fire, and it felt a little claustrophobic to be locked in like that with darkened windows. Overall, it is a nice house, and the owners do seem to want to improve the experience. We would consider staying there again if they fixed the shutter issue and stocked a few more kitchen basics.

Very nice home in a good area, wasn’t too far from universal. We had 7 and it was plenty of room. They even decorated the house for Christmas for our children which was a plus. :) Thank y’all for letting us stay in your home, we are planning on booking next New Years if the house is available.

Very quaint home in a quiet neighborhood, large back yard where the kids could play. Can make a home cooked meal, rest, relax and shopping not far away. Would definitely consider this property again next time I visit.

This property came as advertised, and there were no surprises. The location was great for my purpose, which was to watch college baseball at many local baseball complexes, which were no more than 30 minutes away... the place was exceptionally clean when I arrived, and the owner was great to work with, as we exchanged info prior to, during, and after the rental. He replies very quickly, without exception. The neighborhood was definitely quiet and allowed you to relax as there was minimal traffic. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed here for about 10 days and it was great. Everything was as advertised. Management was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We have booked it for next year . If anyone is looking for a place that is out of the noise of big city but still close to Disney or Legoland We highly recommend this place. this is a 5 star place.

We had a great stay here in this house. Older home in a very quiet neighbor. Old hard wood floors which we loved. It was clean, neat. We loved the screened in back porch and the alarm system made us feel safe since we were all "girls". The beds were comfortable. We had one complaint with the bedding. There were no top sheet, only the fitted sheet on all beds. Our cover was the bedspread/comforter. Had we known that we would have brought our own sheets. Plenty nice towels, appreciated that. We would probably rent this home again. Dwain was very helpful.

My sisters and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is very nice and was very close to Bok Tower. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable! The front steps could use a handrail (but understand that we are old ladies). Overall, we had a great stay here and would return if we are in the area again!
