Cabin is well equipped and the location was perfect for a fall fishing trip in the lower Salmon drainage. Even good fishing for little wild rainbows right out the back door. We would definitely consider booking again.

Very comfortable log house with lots of space to relax inside, in the shade on the wrap-around porches, and by the Little Salmon. Well-equipped kitchen—we had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Wish we had found the Brita filter sooner as some of us had a hard time with the taste of the water-softened water. More noise from Highway 95 traffic than expected but less at night when the sound of the river filled the air and the stars were spectacular. Great location for reunion of old friends with shared interests in fishing and hiking.

Beautiful log home on the river with three very private bedrooms. Clean. Comfortable. Wonderful view from wrap around deck. Marvelous experience with the family. Cant really think of a way to make it better. Hope to return.

Our stay at Peg's cabin was great! Beautiful location right on the little Salmon River. The cabin was clean and spacious. Even though there were only two of this would be great for 6 people! Thank you for a nice stay.

The views are 360 and the absolute rage of the river is breathtaking! We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. One of the cleanest places we have stayed and all the linens were fresh and clean.

We were in town for a wedding at our family's house just a few miles down the road. The pictures don't do this place justice! This cabin was so spacious and beautiful. The huge wrap around deck is amazing. The river can be seen right from the downstairs bedroom window. The beds were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house since we were busy with wedding stuff but I'd love to come back again and be able to relax and enjoy it. Thank you!

We felt lucky to find ANYTHING near Riggins, and were happily surprised at how clean and nice this cabin was. Having the Little Salmon right outside was a bonus. Our only problem was limited cell phone usage, but there was wifi, so we could communicate with family in Riggins. We would definitely recommend this to others

Beautiful location, views of river were gorgeous. Spent hours sitting on the deck. Taking in the view. A lovely house. Cell phone service not available to us. We did manage to get wireless calling but it made us a little nervous as parents in mid 80s. Also, bring drinking water if you are not used to well water.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Cabin is beautiful and, if anything, even better than pictures. Also, extremely well stocked with everything you will need (cookware, utensils, linens, etc). Everything was clean and comfortable and the view from the deck can't be beat. If I'm back in the area I would love to stay here again.

Peggy’s home is so beautiful inside and out! It is clean and accommodated us in every way. We found plenty to do and see. The only bummer was the river being to fast for fishing. Next time we’ll come later in June or July. We all enjoyed ourselves very much!

Let me preface this review with the fact we stayed at this property two other times and were very pleased with everything. This time however we found so many items not attended to. The upper bedrm. floor was dirty and had to be swept by us, the lower bedrm floor was dirty , as well as the bathrm had hair and bugs in it. The large sofa arms had food or something on them and at least one of the sofa pillows was dirty. The coffee maker had not been cleaned out, and we found a lot of cobwebs in the house. One cobweb in the main floor bathroom had a spider and centipede type insect in it, both alive. There were cobwebs behind the bed on main floor with bugs attached and behind doors. All of this combined led us to wondered what else wasn't clean.

We rented this cabin to visit with our sons who live remotely in the same area. It is a beautiful place right on the Little Salmon. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had everything but serving bowls, so bring those if you need them! The bedrooms were roomy and the beds comfortable. Although we did not fish during our stay, we saw several great spots right out the back door. This spot is ideal if you want to stay in a setting that feels remote but close to Riggins. Loved it!

This is fantastic vacation cabin. Everything listed in the description is accurate and true. The location is perfect we rented the cabin over Christmas and you could not ask for a better place to enjoy a real Idaho Christmas in the mountains. The cabin was immaculate and pristine. We talked to Peggy a few days prior to our trip and she was very helpful and informative.
