Everything was good,free parking spot in any time of the day( in the shadow),the staff was very kindly,the room was clean,big balcony.Good location,only 5min walking to the center

The location is great, close to the best beaches in Syvota. 5 min drive to everywhere.
The area outside the building is also nice, spending evenings there (spraying yourself with spray against mosquito) was relaxing.
The bedroom/apartment was very outdated. The beds were super hard like sleeping on the floor.
The bathroom was also super small and the water once you shower, gets all the way in the hallway.
Furthermore, the day we arrived we saw the floor of the bathroom was not cleaned, there were different human hair everywhere.
The night before we had to check out, the hot water was turned off, and all three rooms we had rented, had no warm water to shower.
Plus at the end of our stay, we ended paying extra for some towels and a pillow cover that the owner said we had damaged (something which doesn‘t make sense, as they are meant to be used to clean the face and/or hands, and there was nothing that couldn’t be washed). Taking in consideration that families with children might go and stay there, we found it unimaginable, what someone would end up paying extra (without justification).
Lastly, for the price we had to pay for 3 rooms, we had a lot of nice moments, but also a lot of dissapointment, especially on the last day before checkout, leaving us with no desire to come back next year.
P.s: We don‘t know if mosquitos are a problem everywhere in Syvota, but if you left the window/door opened for more than 1 minute, the room would get crowded with mosquitos and sleeping would become a difficult sport :)
