Wir wurden an der Rezeption freundlich und kompetent empfangen und der service war gut.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es gab einen Wasserkocher und Kaffee.
Die Aussicht hatte "Hinterhof-Flair" - eher nicht ansprechend.
Das Guest House (Nebengebäufde des Hotels) ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Betten aber eher sehr dürftig.

Great location, friendly staff, easy parking.
The family suite is in the back building so you have a view of the back of the hotel instead of the gorgeous mountains. Only the guests in the front building get a view.

Made these reservations 5 days prior to our stay when my previous reservation for Wildhaus fell through as a result of circumstances beyond anyone's control. I had also looked at this location when planning my trip so opted for it in hopes they had two rooms available, booking two budget double rooms for single use. Check in was at the main Hotel Hirschen; the receptionist was very friendly, checking us in & offering a nicer room in the main hotel for the same price for my friend who had trouble with stairs--we elected to stay in the same unit. She explained our rooms were in their "village" unit & showed us on a map that it was just across the street. In hindsight, it would have helped if she'd told us the hotel was expanding by acquiring other buildings as the building to which we were directed is not pictured on the website for understandable reasons. The outside was in very shabby shape & the building looked abandoned BUT spying a keycard lock on an entry door I hesitantly approached & discovered my keycard opened the door to the building. I peeked inside & everything was clean & neat--quite the opposite of the exterior. We checked our rooms & they were also spacious, bright, clean, & neat with a balcony giving us a lovely view of the countryside & the Churfirsten range, which was what I desired most from a room in this area in the first place. The bed was very comfortable, the linens fresh, bathroom big enough with plenty of linens. My friend had a corner room on the second floor, mine was a slightly smaller room under the eaves on the fourth floor, last floor accessible by stairs only (her room is the last one pictured on website). Both balconies were spacious & the delight of the stay. The building was quiet & safe as one needed a keycard for entry.
Nothing! The restaurant had such friendly service and the food was delicious. I'd stay here again when visiting Wildhaus. Attached pictures are 4th floor room and views from balcony.

Die Lage ist toll!
Wir waren im Guesthouse. Zweiter Stock ohne Lift. Keine Aussicht nur auf die Rückseite des Hotels. Wir hatten eine ausziehbare Couch für unsere Tochter, die jedoch nicht nutzbar war. Zu hart und mit knubbeln. Die Deckenlampe hieng mit offenen kabeln aus der Decke. Das sollte unbedingt nachgebessert werden!
