The kitchen is very well stocked to make dining-in a breeze. Up the spiral staircase to the master bedroom you have a queen bed, split system A/C, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, new vanity with granite counter top. On the main floor, the guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a portable a/c, ceiling fan and TV. The full size guest bath has beautiful tile, vanity and granite counter top. Kamaole Sands #3-402 features a washer and dryer for added convenience. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. Stayed for 9 nights and loves it. The balcony has a wonderful view and the gardens are beautiful. Location is great as well. Place was nice and clean only complaint is the beds. They were a bit hard and when they told us they could make a king bed they just put two twins together with a small foam in-between the gap. Not exactly comfortable. But overall would stay again.

The property was located right across the street from a nice beach and an area where people get together to watch the sunset so you can't beat that. The condo was clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth. We did have to go back because the parking spot they initially assigned us was taken so we had to park in another spot for the first night of our stay. No big deal. First night we had a backed up toilet that needed to be looked at by a plumber. Called the after hour front desk. Talked to a live person. Luckily there was two bathrooms. The plumber was sent out first thing in the morning to take care of the problem. The condo provided coffee filters, plenty of dishwashing tabs and laundry tabs which was a nice touch because the other condo in the same complex we stayed in last year barely gave laundry or dishwashing tab and no coffee filters. The A/C unit was excellent. We did not have to use it that much but on days that we needed to turn it on it cooled the places down quickly. Everything food or activities from the property is walking distance. If you wanted other food everything is within 5-10 min drive from the condo. We did snorkeling at Polo beach. We did Kayaking at Makena state park beach. We drove to Twin falls and spent a day jumping off waterfalls. We visited Big Beach. We visited Baby Beach. We only used the pool once. Kids played ping pong. Condo offered chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and boogie boards so you have everything at your convenience. Overall a great stay.

This unit has great potential however electrical outlets inside and outside will not meet electrical code. It would be nice to have instructions for TV usage. Cupboards and countertops nicely updated. Staircase needs work and refinishing. Floors in bedrooms need updating either new carpet or flooring. Nail/pin was in downstairs bedroom carpet in which my brother in law was stuck with in foot. He bleed steady from wound until stopped with pressure. We cleaned floor and placed pin in ashtray by phone. We appreciated the abundance of towels and wash clothes. Nice appliances and kitchen supplies for usage. Thanks for allowing us to use your unit as we had enjoyable two weeks.

I only ever want to stay at Kam Sands! The grounds are immaculate. The condos are quiet and peaceful. The pool is well maintained. The staff is so friendly. This suite was so stocked with everything we could ever need for our stay. We are incredibly happy with this unit! Will be back for sure. Aloha and Mahalo!

ALl I can say about this rental unit needs bathroom renos.The carpets were filthy,as were the floors.I scraped food(I think)of the living room and kitchen is evident the owners never stay in this unit.Burnt out light bulbs,broken storage bin on lanai(I attempted)to repair.I had to purchase duct tape to repair the air conditioning outlet in lower bedroom.The hose was coming apart.The short story,cleaning person is not doing the job the owner is paying for.

Have stayed at this complex before. It’s in a good area right across from beach. Enjoyed using the gym. Pool area was small but ok. Wish there was additional pool for how many units there are on the property. Pool always looked cloudy and had a lot of film stuff floating on the top. We had a nice stay and property is located near lots of restaurants within walking distance which was nice.

We spent 14 great days in this unit, it has spectacular sunset views and a large lanai, where we ate our dinner many nights. The unit is very nice and roomy and the AC worked very well. The unit is in need of some TLC, and an update and maintenance. Though very good value for your money.
The kitchen is well equipped with all pots, pans and dinnerware and a large selection of spices. The supply of plastic containers was very helpful, for taking snacks with us or storing leftovers. It would have been nice to have a cooler, especially when we were there, as we experienced a heat wave, with temperatures in the high 90's every day.
The storage bin on the lanai was full of beach stuff, but we had to purchase a beach umbrella, as the one there was missing the bottom portion. There were 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach mats and a small boogie board.
Again, we had a great time staying here and it was great value for the price, we definitely would rent this unit again.

Great location and complex amenities. Unit was clean, but is tired and needs updating. Has 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas (one of which had a canopy and no bottom). Kitchen is stocked with what you would need, but has a mixed assortment of pots, pans, and lids. Unit has great view of beach and has view of pool & courtyard. Several bbq areas around complex and they are well taken care of. Best ones were NE corner as there was never anyone there and bbq’s were virtually new and unused. Ultimately this is one of the best locations right across street from Kamaole III beach. Easy drive to other beaches and short walk down to Moose McGillycuddy’s and Fred’s Mexican (Taco Tuesday happy hour).

Everything needed for a vacation getaway😁🌺 The kitchen was stocked with the cookware you would need to make a nice meal (even though we ate out except for poke and food truck)! The seafood food truck near ABC is amazing (I’m a flight attendant and eat there often). Hawaiian Moons is great for fresh juice and sandwiches for the beach! We had one issue with the downstairs shower not draining proper, but it was fixed in a day bc and there was another shower upstairs. The beds were comfy and it was nice being awakened by island birds. The washer and dryer worked great, so we came home with clean clothes! Remember to pack laundry pods and dryer sheets!It was perfect to have beach chairs available, also some snorkel equipment and an umbrella or two (my hubby used one and it was short, but still helpful).Great vacation! Road to Hana (to upper falls), Black Rock beach, and Dragons Teeth (can jump off cliffs at all three), and a snorkel trip was our fave!

We spent 12 nights at this condo during our month long stay in the islands. The location, property grounds and pool are excellent. The condo itself is nice and was very clean. Great condo!!
My family stayed there for a week in October 2021 and it was perfect for us. Walking distance to the beach, condo had everything we needed, and very close to the pool. There was an issue with the washer leaking but the management company was very communicable and respected our time. Recommended!
