Nestled in Wailea, this lovely condo for $312 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the streetand just a two-minute walk from ever-popular Kamaole Beach III, a lifeguarded beach park. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis. Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from nearby championship golf courses. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Kamaole Sands #2-404 is a large 1,188 sq ft. two-bedroom two-bath unit on the fourth floor. There is a split system A/C and ceiling fans throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, telephone, 3 TVs, a DVD and Blu-Ray player, and free Wi-fi. There is a California king bed in the master and a flat screen television. It is kept cool with a split system air conditioner. The second bedroom has A/C, two twin beds, and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom is an en suite with a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room as well as A/C, a large screen SmartTV with DVR and a Blu-Ray and DVD player. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and sand toys. Enjoy a view of majestic Haleakala from your lanai. The Kamaole Sands property was stunning. There were beautiful plants and trees everywhere and the grounds were perfectly manicured. The pool area was very nice as well. There is a ping pong table, a fuse ball table and a small gym next to the pool. We were in building 2, unit 404. The balcony is small but has a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 people ( 2 single beds in downstairs bedroom and a king size in upper loft). The downstairs bedroom closet has 5 beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, a wagon to bring everything to the beach, a boogie board, pool noodles, water wings and 2 beach umbrellas (but don’t bother trying to use the umbrellas at Kam beaches because it is too windy). There were lots of spices in the kitchen and coffee filters but you need to purchase everything else including coffee, sugar and condiments. The location is great. It is right across from Kamaole beach 3 and a short walk to the right to Kam beach 2 or to the left only 5 min walk to the Kihei boat ramp where all the snorkel boats leave from. It is also a short walk to some shops and restaurants. Coconuts was good for a quick meal. Good land is only a 5 min drive up the road. Our favourite restaurant was Nalu’s Southshore Grill which was a 7 min drive up the road. The grounds crew at the Kamaole Sands were very sweet and friendly. It was a relaxing atmosphere. We walked across to the beach every night to see the stunning sunsets. It was an awesome week with my family!

We enjoyed our stay in Kamaole Sands. The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, had all the advertised amenities. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys, boogie board, and wagon. Our kids loved the pool and the grilling area was great.

My family stayed here and I must say, it was the best place we have ever stayed at. We came for a wedding in Wailea and out of my relatives that stayed at the other resorts in the area, this one was by far the best. It was quiet, gorgeous views of the resort and ocean, very clean, and friendly staff. My parents, who stayed in another resort, even said that they will be booking there next time. Everyone loved it and kids just didn’t want to leave. Thank you for hosting our family. It was our first family trip to Maui and we are definitely coming back and going to bookmark this place for the future.

Fantastic location and great layout for our family of 4. My sons made good use of the fitness center and pool when they weren't on the beach. You have to get out there early for the grills and picnic tables but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance too.

I thought Maui Vacation REntals should have provided more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for the 5 of us staying there. It's a petty complaint but it was inconvenient on our part to drive to a store the day before we left to buy toilet paper. I think you gave us 2 rolls for each bathroom for the week. Ive never rented from anyone else that rationed toilet paper. very silly! also we only had 4 beach towels for the 5 of us. It was a lovely and nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. I've stayed at Kamaole Sands many times and this was the first time our toilet paper was rationed.Thank you

Our family of two adults and two boys (ages 11 and 13) absolutely loved the property. This was our first trip to Maui, and the location was centrally located on the island and steps from Kam #3 beach. The latter has both snorkeling and the best beach break you’ll find in Maui not on the North Shore. Having a separate room and twin beds for our boys helps everyone maintain their sanity throughout the stay. The space, beautiful views of the water from the balcony, and amenities all added to our wonderful stay.

Amazing condo - amazing location - amazing hosts
We absolutely LOVED Kamaole Sands and our condo was great!
It was well stocked with everything we needed. My advice is to suss out the condo first to see what you need before grabbing everything at the grocery store because this condo had a lot!
Very clean, and beautiful location overlooking the green grass area and pool. A very short walk to Kamaole beach III.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was very clean and had everything we needed from beach chairs and towels to pots and pans. The grounds for the property were beautiful and we felt like the location was very good within walking distance from many great restaurants and close to some amazing beaches including wailea beach park and Makenna beach. Only complaints is the fridge and tight kitchen. Arrived with tons of food and beverages and it takes at least a day to chill water and beer. I’d absolutely stay here again though:)
