Situated in St Michaels, this charming cottage for $383 per night is a great option for your next break. The recently renovated Carpenter St. Cottage is centrally located in village of St. Michaels. The house is a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom house with plenty of living space and a large screened porch facing a large yard. Rates vary by season, and whether stay is weeknight or weekend. Stays of a week or longer are discounted, as are "last minute" bookings. The first floor of the house includes a front parlor (living room), a den (reading room) with a queen sleep sofa, a full bathroom, a first floor bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped new kitchen, and a large family room. Adjacent the family room is a large screened porch facing the large rear yard. The second floor of the house comprises the large master bedroom with a king bed and the master bathroom.

The house was a great size. Right in the middle of everything you could want to do in St. Michael’s. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The screened in porch was great, and it was nice to have a small backyard.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in St Michaels. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants, shops and attractions. We loved the screened in porch and spent our mornings and happy hours enjoying the fresh air without being bothered by bugs. The home is spacious for two couples, our baby and family dog all had plenty of room. Cute home that is much nicer then the pictures show. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed St. Michaels. The house is nicely appointed and decorated. The location is between the main street and the harbor, so we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in town.

Historic home nestled in the heart of St Michael’s. Charming location. Quiet street. We could walk everywhere. Everything we needed was available for a comfortable visit. Kitchen had all the essentials and then some. We actually didn’t cook as we were there for a wedding, but nice amenities, if we wanted to cook. The screened in porch was over the top amazing. I would go back just for that porch. So peaceful to sit out there with our coffee and watch the bunnies and birds. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Highly recommend staying several days (at least) to get the full St. Michael’s experience.

The home had some nice antique pieces but definitely needs some work. The lawn needed to be mowed, the flower beds need weeding. The home needs to be power washed and the front door and screened in porch needs painting. The screens aren’t in the windows so we couldn’t open the windows. The GFI outlet didn’t work in the upstairs bathroom. The faucet in the downstairs bathroom shower was only a trickle. On a more positive note, the home is close to shopping and the docks to watch the boats on the river.

Upstairs bedroom was larger than my first apartment! Lovely screened in patio where we spent a lot of time. Well equipped kitchen and the entire house was immaculate. Great place, very clean, great location within walking distance to all restaurants, waterfront and shops.
Loved sitting on the screened in porch with morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.
Could have used some more coffee cups, glasses and dishes. But otherwise kitchen appliances were all fine. Would definitely recommend.

My family of three and our small dog enjoyed this charming house. It was right in the middle of St. Michaels and we could walk to all the cafes, restaurants and shops. The house was clean and had many antique decorations. There is also a small park on the water just a stone's throw from the house. It was a perfect little walk for us with our dog. Nice sized rooms and easy walking access to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. The master bedroom was huge and had a very comfortable king bed. (Cannot comment on the other beds as they were not eased) The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, china, utensils etc.. It also had the worlds BEST trash can ever!

Comfortable and well equipped charming house situated between shops, restaurants and the harbor. Park your car and enjoy strolling through St. Michael’s. Weather was terrible for our stay, but the beautiful porch and little yard would be so enjoyable in good weather. We’ll be back!
