The stay at Belinda’s condo was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Fully stocked with everything a great vacation needs. The pool was perfect and the beach was just a short feet away.

We LOVED staying at this property! So much so that we've already scheduled a return visit for next year! Belinda was AMAZING to work with and had everything ready to go for us upon arrival! She even left little gifts for our children and they're still talking about how excited that made them! Overall super clean property and condo, great location, and great views!

Best VRBO experience ever
This has by far been my best experience with a VRBO rental. Belinda is the best host ever. We traveled with my 8 month old and Belinda had the pack-n-play set up before we got there and there was a high chair so I didn’t have to worry about where my daughter would eat or sleep. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and stocked with every essential you would possibly need. Belinda is a conscientious and amazing host. I would recommend one of her condos to anyone who plans on visiting Sandestin.

AWESOME! Best condo experience.
Belinda(owner) committed herself to ensuring her guest are well informed from the first email sent. The Sandestin complex looked clean and maintained.
The condo itself was clean, equipped with all modern appliances, and had everything else most of use at home.
Spectacular view of the beach and ocean from patio, living room and the bedroom. The courtyard welcomed you with its set up of palm trees, outdoors pools and lounge chairs.
The unit itself was huge, very clean and organized. To my surprise it was pleasantly quite.(sometimes no matter the season of travel or event, condo walls can be thin and hallway noise raises your eyebrows). Not this one.
The building was about a 3rd full and I stayed 4 nights. No regrets whatsoever!
As a matter of fact, if and when I return to this particular part of northwest Florida, I hope to secure the exact same unit.

Both the condo and Belinda were amazing! I can not say enough good things. We had everything we needed and Belinda makes sure you have all the essentials so you don’t have to worry about anything. We had all the beach stuff we needed, laundry pods, all the kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, and the condo was right beside of the beach which was perfect! The condo is also located in a great area close by to so many things, while also being at the resort where the beach is not crowded. Belinda also made sure to provide great information so we knew exactly what to do when we arrived and gave us great tips on places close by to go see and do. Our stay couldn’t have been easier or more perfect. I definitely plan on staying here again whenever we visit Miramar beach/Destin again!

This was a WONDERFUL getaway!
This condo is clean and organized, with so many extras included! Like plastic bags, paper plates, cooking basics (salt, pepper, etc.), lotion, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, PLUS all the beach stuff you can imagine! We had an AMAZING time and Belinda was available for any questions we had. Can't wait to go back!!

Perfect getaway!
We absolutely loved staying at Align in the Sand! We booked last minute when our international trip got cancelled due to Coronavirus. We are so thankful this gem was available! Belinda was so kind and helpful. The condo was perfect. Exactly what you see in the pictures/video! We had some friends staying at a different condo at the same time. They came by and saw our condo. They were so jealous! Said they paid the same amount for a condo that had deceptive photos and wasn’t in the Sandestin resort! They said next time they come they want this condo! She also had everything you could imagine and everything we never thought to pack. So thankful for Belinda and this condo!

Birthday getaway
This place is awesome. The ladies that own it are amazing! They communicate very well and give all the instructions you need. The place is cozy and I like the ocean view through the palm trees. They left me a bottle of wine as a birthday gift which I thought was awesome. Overall experience was excellent.

Above and Beyond
Belinda, Sue, and Susie go above and beyond any place we’ve stayed before. Belinda sent instructions that were helpful and informative in advance so we knew exactly what to do when we got there. Amazing gifts were left for us and our children. I was in awe. They have stocked the place with so many things that you could possibly want or need. I had one request when we got there and it was taken care of promptly. Convenient location to pool and beach. If we go back to Destin, I would gladly stay at the same place or any of Belinda’s places.

This condo and property is a must see. Belinda, the owner, treats you like family from the minute you book. EVERYTHING you see on the listing is true and in real life it's BETTER. This 1 bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of space. The condo is furnished with literally EVERYTHING you might need from kitchen supplies to beach supplies to bathroom supplies. The kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking and baking needs, as well as spices, sugar, etc.... There are 4 very nice beach chairs with umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, sunscreen, aloe, etc... The bathroom has almost everything you might need (minus toothbrush/paste, comb/brush- but wouldn't you want your own anyways??) We stayed 6 days and the only thing we needed to buy was our food. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap and more. This condo is on the lobby level and you are literally a 1 minute walk from the parking area and pool area... maybe 2 minutes to the beach. The resort itself is amazing and beautiful. We went to Baytowne Wharf three times. Thanks, Belinda.

Loved the entire experience!
The resort amenities exceed our expectations with the beautiful heated pool, hot tub and most of all the location right on the beach. Our condo was well stocked with everything we needed or might need. Our host , Belinda, was quick to respond to any thing we asked. We have stayed at many vacation rentals but this experience was by far the best. If you get a chance to go to this area, you will want to check her rentals out(she has 4). Thank you so much Belinda!

Relaxing and absolutely beautiful condo.
My husband and I were celebrating our 20th Wedding anniversary. We were looking for a place in Florida to stay. We found this property and are so thankful we did. I was able to contact the owner right away with any questions about what we were looking for. The owner Belinda, responded right away. She was amazing, sweet, caring and VERY detailed on what we were looking for. Ended up the perfect match for us. We could of not been more satisfied with our beautiful Condo, the place was well kept all around the property. People were very friendly. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Whatever accommodation you are looking for, are on site. Gorgeous area to just relax and and enjoy memories. Belinda kept in touch with us. Always took time out of her way to contact you right away with any questions or concerns. We definitely talked about going back. Probably one of the best experiences we have ever had. So happy we chose to stay there. Also, found a lifetime friend. Belinda takes pride in who she is and wants what's best for others. That is very important to us. PERFECTION!
Very clean and comfortable! Owner, Belinda, provides everything you need and goes over and beyond to help you feel welcome and at home. Pool was great and because it was heated the whole family was able to spend hours in it. The beautiful beach is a very easy, short walk and Belinda provides all the beach toys and necessities you need. The golf cart was a huge bonus; the kids enjoyed our daily adventures and parents loved not having to get in car and fight traffic. We would not have changed anything about this vacation. Our 16 year old and 4 year old both enjoyed this location and that is not easy to accomplish. Belinda 100% thinks of everything and she made our stay amazing. I felt pampered by all the extras she has; it truly felt like an extension of our home because of all the thought that Belinda puts in to her properties. I have recommended Belinda's properties to all of our family and friends and we will definitely go back!

Absolutely perfect!!!!
We had the most amazing stay! Belinda, the owner, is in communication throughout. Although we never met I feel I found a new friend. She surrounds herself with excellent staff. The cleanest place ever with everything you would need. The property this condo sits on is beautiful with lush palms, an amazing swimming pool, and quick private beach access via the boardwalk. There was a minor issue with the handle of the dishwasher and she had her maintenance man there within 10 minutes. Her communication is great. Responds promptly to texts and emails. Sandestin area also great including the Grand Boardwalk shops & restaurants and Baytowne Wharf and Marina. This was our first visit to the area and we found the perfect condo and perfect proprietor in Belinda and we will be back!

I always read reviews but I never leave them! However, a review for this place is a must. Everything was perfect to a absolute T! We literally had everything we could possibly need. Belinda was great to work with, accommodating, and just overall wonderful. The place was clean, the bed and sheets were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. I could literally go on and on. Simply put, our stay was absolutely amazing. About to book next years vacation with Belinda as I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!!

Amazing! Best rental experience!
I’ve had a lot of good rental experiences in the past, but after renting from Belinda - nothing begins to compare!! She is so thorough in all of the information she provides you, so you aren’t left guessing about anything prior to arrival, during your stay, or at check out. This was our first beach trip with our 15 month old and Belinda went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. When she said pack diapers and clothes, she wasn’t joking! I over packed for our little one, but next time I’ll only bring clothes, diapers, and toys. There were multiple sleeping options, a high chair, stroller, swim diapers, floaties, tons of wipes, baby spoons, baby wash, lotion, and she even left a gift of baby bath toys and nighttime wash. It was amazing! She also keeps the condo stocked with plenty of paper plates, plastic cups, things like peanut butter and coffee, it truly blew every other experience out of the water and I’ve had some great stays. This condo location is also incredibly convenient, as far as the property in Sandestin and the condo’s location to the pool and beach. It is a ground unit close to the upper parking deck, which makes loading and unloading easy. You’re literally two minutes from the pool and three from the beach, and can still see the ocean from your balcony! Wonderful! Next time my husband would like to rent a 2/2 from Belinda, but honestly I will miss the fabulous location of this unit. By far the best rental experience I’ve ever had, I can’t wait to rent from Belinda again! I should also add, Belinda’s responsiveness and providing so many contact options for herself/others at the proper was also excellent. I never needed to contact her, but it was reassuring knowing I could definitely get in touch with her if I needed something. 5+ stars!

Wonderful place! Beautiful beach! Condo was spotless! Had a ton of extras to make you feel at home. Fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, sunscreen and lots more! Belinda is absolutely wonderful! She has poured her heart into making her home yours. The condo is small, but has more than what you need. My husband and I had our three young children with us and we were more than comfortable. Belinda went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. She even left little gifts and candy for the kids and a bottle of wine for my husband and I, which was much needed after our drive! From
the condo it was so easy to get to the pool and the beach. Loved that we could run back to our room quickly and easily. That was a must for us. Especially with the kids. We would defiantly stay here again. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and ready to get your vacation on! You can’t go wrong. I believe she has other units that I’m sure are just as perfect! Stop looking! You won’t be disappointed!
