Quiet, comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen. Great location. Easy to communicate.
It's small, but perfect for what we were expecting. No problem with the shower, quite small, but we're big people and managed perfectly. Not sure why other reviews commented on this.
Sofa wasn't very comfortable, but I think it was a sofa bed, so they rarely are.

We stayed at Gate House Lodge in May. Parking was easy, local (almost opposite the lodge) and free. The apartment was small but plenty big enough for two and a spaniel. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and everything was clean. We didn’t use the kitchenette facilities but everything looked good! We were able to explore everywhere in Dinan on foot from here. It is a great place to stay.
