Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds and Bedroom 4 has 2 Double beds. Nice game room with 65 inch tv. Very close proximity to Spring Training facilities, the Arizona Cardinals stadium, the Phoenix Coyotes Arena, Phoenix International Raceway, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc... Close proximity to 101 freeway for easy access across the valley. 25 minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. IMPORTANT: ACCESS TO BOTH POOL AND LAKE ARE NOT FENCED. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY PARENTS/GUARDIANS.

We truly enjoyed our stay here for NASCAR Championship Weekend November 2023. Thank you for the snacks and water upon arrival. Not a complaint, but rather a notice to the rental people. The toilet in the master bathroom on the first floor needs to be fixed. If you don't lift up the flushing knob, the toilet will run nonstop. Again, not a complaint. Also, in addition to the directions in the manual for the house, it would be beneficial to let people know about the pool vacuum and how it works. We ended up taking it out while swimming, but there were no specific directions about it. Just thought I'd provide some constructive feedback. If we come back to Phoenix, we will definitely stay here again. Super close to the race track and everything else including Portillos which is my favorite!

My family of 3 and my in-laws family of 4 loved staying in this house over the Thanksgiving weekend! We only ventured out 1 day because we had so much fun in the pool and hanging out at the house. When we did leave, lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful home with many bedrooms. We had two families stay here with kids ranging from 10-14 and everyone loved it!!!

Wow! This house exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures on VRBO! It was large enough to accommodate two families, had a great pool and fishing rods and putting green, and the inside was very well stocked with towels and coffee and just so many nice touches. It was honestly one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed with easy communication with the property manager and check in and check out procedures. It was also very easy to get to downtown Phoenix. This is the only place we will ever stay when we come back!

What a fantastic house to spend a weeks long vacation. So spacious and beautiful. The back yard is where it’s all at. Warmest pool I’ve ever been in, beautiful, peaceful lake with putting green. Catch and release fishing, nice hot tub. I would most definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It was perfect for the 6 guys we had down for a golf trip. Would definitely recommend for a family, or a guys trip.

Couldn't ask for a better place to base from for four days of golfing different courses everyday. The hot tub is a must for us. Rooms big and luxurious. Spectacular views and every amenity you need.Will rent again next year.

Very spacious home that works well for groups, including two large bedroom suites. You can soak in a lot of sunshine in the relaxing and comfortable outdoor space with pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining space. There are also a number of walking paths around the area.

The property was perfect for our group. The back patio overlooking the pool overlooking the cabana overlooking the lake was amazing. Catch and release fishing Was fun for my husband. Rooms are generous house is well stocked. Property manager was amazing and responsive. I would stay here again

Absolutely and simply perfect. It covered all of our needs for those who never left the property for the entire stay to those running a few errands. Guests who came over to be with us a couple of times felt warm, welcome and had plenty of options (pool, lake, hot tub, putting green, fishing to playing pool or watching football) to choose from. All in spaciousness. We will definately lease again:-)

We rented this location while attending a family wedding. It was in a great quiet neighborhood convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. Communication with property manager was great and the temp of the pool was great!! Great views from the backyard.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is on a quiet street with a lakefront back yard and a large outdoor space great for relaxing in the sun or shade. Our property manager was very communicative and helpful throughout. The home was very spacious and easily lent to both group time with everyone in our party, or private time in your room. House was well stocked with all the essentials plus little extras just in case you forgot something. Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed lounging by the pool (there are plenty of lounge chairs). Not sure if pool floats were left by previous renters or are always there, but they were put to good use! The house was fully stocked with dishes, pans, & spices! Thank you for the wonderful stay! I would highly recommend this property!
