Situated in Lake Texoma, this charming house for $550 per night is a great option for your next trip. LAKE FRONT home with great views of beautiful Lake Texoma from 70' deck. All your lake activities right out the back door. Watch the sunrise over the water with a cup of coffee from the deck or fish from the DOCK. Kids will love the SAND BEACH ! Family friendly home. Great for fishing buddy trips, too. Fishing guides love our inlet. DOCK YOUR BOAT at the steps-away boat/fishing platform and fuel up directly across the bay at Buncombe Creek Marina or two other marinas nearby. Multiple boat launches minutes away including easy to use Juniper Point West. PERFECT deep water bay for TUBING, WAKE BOARDING, and FISHING. Fish from the dock or play on the RED SAND BEACH with a large area of shallow WADING water just a short, easy walking distance down the hill (great for kids!). Beach tent available on request. You can have fun all day right behind the house but the beautiful Lake Texoma ISLANDS are a quick boat ride outside the bay. 'Flotillas' are very popular there! Yes, DOGS are welcome with non-refundable pet fee. No cats, please. No smoking inside the house, please. FENCED in yard all around the house. There is also a PATIO and GAS GRILL. FULLY-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, dishes and gadgets you’ll need. Dining room table with built-in convertible ‘Lazy Susan’ that raises or lowers with the pull of a lever under the table. So handy for passing food or turning the board game! Table SEATS 8 plus 2 SEATS at the bar. Four TV trays. Kid size table and 4 chairs available. Deck has two patio tables with chairs, a 4 person lounge seating group, two chaise lounges and a kids table. Patio has 3 adult chairs, 4 kids chairs and a patio umbrella. WASHER & DRYER, bath towels, BEACH TOWELS, and 'dog' towels provided. MEMORY FOAM mattresses on Queen and King beds. Master bedroom has KING bed and TWIN day bed with TWIN trundle. Two bedrooms have one QUEEN bed and one TWIN each. Fourth bedroom has Queen bed. One portable toddler bed available. Living room has Queen sleeper-sofa with memory foam mattress. Hall Bath has tub/shower and Master Bath has a walk-in shower and a tub. Satellite WIFI, Flat Screen TVs in Living Room, and two of the bedrooms with various streaming channels, a DVD PLAYER with a small movie collection, family GAME cabinet. (Consider bringing your own favorite movies!). Small paperback library and magazines. Kid equipment available UPON REQUEST: Elmo Toddler Bed, Pack-n-Play, a few toys (inside and sand toys), Highchair, 2 kids' tables (one inside, one outside), Red Wagon, kiddie pool, kid-size lawn chairs and portable baby gates for the deck stairs. Extras upon advance request: 60" round folding table and 4 folding chairs, TENT for the beach, beach CART, four folding sideline chairs, a few outdoor games, two FISHING POLES, and a bait bucket. Fry pot external burner with propane tank attachment and large fish fry pot available. Covered car port and plenty of other parking. NOTE that there is a stairway down to the boat slip/dock. There are quite a few steps BUT they are very shallow and easy to navigate. Not handicap accessible to boat dock. GUEST GUIDE provides directions, information on grocery stores, nearby restaurants, bait stores, fishing guide recommendations and other local information. When you book, I will send the Guide so you can plan what to bring. We are 1 hr 30 min drive from Dallas, and 2 hr 15 min from Oklahoma City as a gauge. Once here, you are 20 min from Madill, OK or Whitesboro, TX and about 35 min to Gainesville or Sherman, TX. GOLF COURSE and well known HIKING TRAILS (favored by Boy Scouts) nearby. Golf Cart Rental and Boat Rentals in the area. And as of July 16, 2019, the brand new MEGASTAR casino, restaurant and convenience store is just 6 minutes away.

What a great place for a family getaway. The home is fully furnished with everything you will need. We cooked all our meals for the week. Not sure we missed anything we needed at all in the kitchen. The backyard is very large with a portion fenced off which was very nice for our dogs. The boat dock is a few stairsteps away to manage, but the dock/pier was great. We launched our boat from a nearby spot and then tied it up to the dock for easy boating and fish trips. All beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, a nice large living area that sat a lot of people and a wonderful large covered porch. We highly recommend Jamma's Lake House. Cheers!

Wonderful family home, beautifully decorated and everything you might want for a family weekend on Texoma! Comfortable beds, spacious living areas, nice linens, great kitchen with anything you might need, and many homey extra touches- covered porch in the back was the perfect place to hang out! Finally found a rental home with a decent gas grill (Weber) for cooking all the fish we caught on Texoma (the lake lived up to its reputation). The nearby beach was a pleasant surprise (clean sandy beach and lake bottom, gentle slope and bath-water warm water in the middle of June).
My family enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

We all had a wonderful time at a wonderful home except for too much rain. This was a great place to catch up with each other and enjoy the many amenities of this beautiful lake home. Definitely 100 out of 100. Jan was a very helpful host.

Everything you could ask for!
This rental was a perfect retreat! The house was nice and roomy. The kitchen had everything you would need. We loved the covered porch as well as the easy access to the beach and fishing off the dock. Jan provided all the amenities to make our stay wonderful. She even went out of her way when I accidentally left some personal items. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Great place for a weekend getaway
We had our first girls weekend since Covid hit. This was the perfect place. Large open living area with attached kitchen. Lots of room to move about and great outdoor area. Nice view of the lake. We will go back.

Awesome Place to Stay!
This is the perfect place for family and friends to gather. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Clayton, the striper fishing guide, came right up to the dock to take us fishing. There was even a dock for us to leave our boat. Can't say enough good about this place!

Everything We Needed
Wonderful accommodations with everything we needed. Rain forecast kept us from taking the boat, but the beautiful view from the expansive back deck and the beach cart full of everything we needed for the kids and adults to have a perfect time on the beach made our trip seamless. We had everything we needed and could’ve packed much less! Spacious and immaculately clean. Thank you for helping make what could’ve been a disappointing weather impacted visit to a great time for all!
