When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. We called and David scrambled and got someone over to clean. The house was great roomy and well located. We spent mornings on the beach and afternoons in downtown. Highly recommend!

Despite being on A1A the house was very quiet and Online accuracy and description was 100 %. We would stay there again. Plenty of room for my kids to space out. And the beach is so wide in that area and only a two minute drive to get on the beach with your vehicle. And plenty of turtles.

This house is in a great location! Like some of the other reviews said it is on a busy street so you can hear some traffic and the house itself at times can be pretty dark. Also, the yard is very small, but it was fenced in so great for our dogs. It was literally just minutes to walk to the beach and you don’t have to cross major streets to get there so the location couldn’t be beat!

We stayed at the Magnolia House from Christmas to New Year's Eve 2022 and really enjoyed our vacation. The house is roomy, clean and has all of the amenities weever needed. The beach is only a short walk away and we would definitely stay here again.

Charming get away.

A charming and eclectic home, spacious and comfortable. Very well provisioned - a prior tenant had warned not to over pack and they were right! From boogie boards to sand toys, towels of all kinds, coffee filters - you name it, it was there. The traffic noise was a bit loud, especially since it was a holiday week, and the lack of sod in the backyard made for a muddy mess when it rained - some grass or mulch around the pretty porch would be a big help! We enjoyed our stay immensely - others of my family were in a home across from the beach just a few blocks from us and it made for a wonderful family vacation.

This house was perfect for me, my kids and grand kids. The bedrooms are large. There were air mattresses in the closet. My kids loved that there were puzzles to work and games to play. Don't overpack. There are beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and even a shade tent in the garage. Only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything.

Just be aware that it is on a busy road, but on the right side of the street for beach access without having to try to cross. Short walk to a great wide beach. Easy drive to St. Augustine. House was great. Head south and have some really really good food from Ragga Surf Cafe food truck. Very beachy. And try to watch a moonrise over the ocean.

After the first 2 1/2 days with NO heat they fixed the problem. The location was very good, it is on a busy street. road noise was not an issue in the house unless your sitting outside in the back yard. We loved the fenced in back yard for our dog. Winn Dixie and Publix shopping right down the road. We liked that we could back our van in the garage. All the rooms including the master bedroom and bathroom was very large. TV's worked well with plenty of channels. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cups, spoons etc. The house is about 20 minutes from the center of St Augustine which was very good for us. We liked that everything is on one floor.

The property was clean and extremely comfortable! The master bath was wonderful with a bath tub and standup shower. When not relaxing on the covered patio, it was only a 2 block walk to the beach. Although we didn’t bring our dogs, this is a pet friendly property. The back yard is fenced with panel fencing and would have worked well for our 4-legged family members. We would stay here again.

Great house and location. Very clean. I didn't notice any soiled carpets that another reviewer mentioned. Very short walk to beach. We saw a few tortoises along the way. Thanks!

Our only complaint in the extensive number of pet soiled rugs throughout the entire home. Luckily we rolled them up and put them to the side but they were really gross. Every rug in the house needs to be thrown away. No rugs would be better if you are going to allow pets.
