The immaculate interior offers 4 bedrooms, 2 baths both with granite counter tops, open and light filled living areas, newer carpet and natural stone flooring, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a gourmet kitchen. Elevator and two secured parking spaces. La Jolla Shores is a beach and popular vacation/residential community of the same name in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The quaint La Jolla Shores business district is a relaxed, mixed-use village encircling Laureate Park, on Avenida de la Playa in the village of La Jolla Shores. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as plenty of casual dining places, shops, and a few galleries. You can take surf lessons and rent surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards, and wetsuits from Surf Diva. Kayak, snorkel, and bike tours and rentals are available at San Diego Bike and Kayak. The beach is approximately one mile long and stretches from the sea cliffs just north of La Jolla Cove to Black’s Beach south of Torrey Pines State Park. The Shores meets the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus and Kellogg Park (with a playground right next to the beach), encompasses the Scripps Pier and borders the San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve to the south. The beach is a popular launch point for kayakers and has a swimming area only and a surfing only area. Great location and spacious. Bunk beds and middle bedroom not used so sheets are clean. Frond bedroom sheets are clean and on top of the bed with clean towels. Large bedroom sheets and some towels are in washer. Garbage and recycle in garage. Thank you 🙏 for sharing your home with us.

We were a party of seven , come from England to attend a wedding in La Jolla. This was the perfect place to stay, seconds from the beach. It was a very restful place to stay in and ideal for our needs. We would recommend it to others.

We’ve stayed at this property several times in the past and we are never disappointed. Our only issue was with plumbing problem in the guest shower which made the drain smell very bad. Everything else was five stars.

We had an awesome experience at this property! Communication was great. We requested an early check-in for my 14-mo-old daughter to get her nap in, and it was approved. The unit was perfect for me and my family during a family vacation! The location was awesome as well. Super close to the "hustle and bustle" of La Jolla Shores, the park, and the beach.

Wonderful property! Lots of room and amazing kitchen. Very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and appliances that were in amazing condition. Huge master suite! Very short walk to the beach and wonderful on-site parking. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards and even 2 soft top surf boards to use at the time of visit. Very easy check in and check out.

This is our third staying at the property. It never disappoints. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the everything was clean/well taken care of. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance from the beach and lots of great restaurants. Just a short drive to San Diego or Torrey Pines. The parking is convenient, as street parking fills quickly. Already thinking about our next trip back!

Brant’s place was so close to the beach and within walking distance to everything. The penthouse had a great outdoor space that we took full advantage of. He also has everything you need, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, playpen. We will stay again for sure

Nicely location just a short walk from the beach. Super nice to have a parking spot below. Fit our family well! It rained during our stay and there was a little bit of a roof leak, but management was super responsive to our messages about it.

Excellent location one block away from a great high street with restaurants, shops, ice cream, coffee etc. Two blocks to Kellogg beach. The two parking spots were extremely helpful as parking is tricky in the area. The condo/apartment is quite big and well stocked. The furniture/general condo is a bit dated but overall was very comfortable and well appointed.

Great location, walkable to restaurants and shops. Beach only two blocks away. With two reserved parking spaces in a gated garage, was great since parking in the area was at a premium. Great deck with plenty of seating and a BBQ. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Definitely will return.

The restaurants and shops half a block away, the beach one block away. Parking for 2 cars. Nice clean place. Best-stocked kitchen in terms of pots/pans/plates/tools I've ever visited for a vacation home. Overall, really great. Only one minor point. It was hot during our visit and the back room with the bunk bed doesn't have an air conditioning register. It wasn't cool enough at night to just open the windows for cooler air. This probably is rarely the case but if you come during a heatwave like we did, this room is a bit uncomfortable. It does have a ceiling fan at least!

We’ve been back to this property many times over the years and it never disappoints! Perfect for our family of two adults and four kids ages 7-14. Love what they did with outdoor dining and the nearby street closure. Hopefully it stays like that!

Communication was established right away. Questions about available amenities were answered immediately. The check-in instructions were very clear and the property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as the proximity to surrounding La Jolla and San Diego.

This property was perfect for our 5 day stay in La Jolla Shores. The property was very well stocked with everything we needed including the water and wine in the fridge upon arrival. Loved having a secured parking spot and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach a block away or take a stroll to La Jolla Cove without issue. The home was well kept and very comfortable. Loved having the outdoor space to relax and breath in the great ocean air. Will for sure be staying in at this property again. Thanks so much Brant!

The condo was located one block from the beach, stores, and a few restaurants. Very drivable to and from downtown. It was great to have a garage to park in. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The outdoor deck was great! Check in was easy and the place was clean!! Only negative is the furniture could use an update. Great place to stay!!
