About this house rental
Nestled in Miramar Beach, this attractive house for $625 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *Please note: *We do NOT rent to anyone under 25 or to chaperoned groups. *This is a "shoe free" home. We want all of our guests to have clean carpets, not just the ones the beginning of the busy rental season. If this is something you cannot agree to, please keep scrolling and find a better fit for you. * During the months of June, July, Spring/Fall Break, and Holidays, Saturday check in and 7 night stays are required. Aloha! "Ohana" means family. Family means no one gets left behind or forgotten (Disney's Lilo & Stitch) With this spacious 5 bedroom 3.5 bath that sleeps 14 you won't have to leave anyone behind! It has approx. 2,800 sq. feet of living space and 4 large porches. The main pool area is located right out the front door in the cul-de-sac and the beach is only a short 5 minute stroll away. (528 yards) Our home is located in the upscale Emerald Shores gated community, one of the only neighborhoods in the Destin area that has its own private beach pavilion with restrooms, showers, shaded picnic tables, seasonal bar and beach service. It is a private deeded beach, exclusively for Emerald Shore owners & guests. A seasonal free shuttle service can take you to the beach or you can walk the short distance, through the tropical neighborhood, pulling the beach wagon we provide for your convenience. MAIN FLOOR: King Master bedroom suite with a full bath with jetted tub/shower. Guest half bath Laundry room with full size washer and dryer Living room sitting area with 3 comfortable couches, 60" flat screen Smart T.V , free Wi-Fi, complimentary movies and books. Completely remodeled kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and all the items you need to cook a gourmet meal. The dining table seats 8 and the bar area has seating for 5. 2 outside porch areas with a gas BBQ, patio table and chairs for outside dining, rocking chairs, and benches to relax on. Near the front door is a hose for rinsing off and a patio storage bench for storing your beach toys. SECOND FLOOR: Queen bedroom Full bath with new tile flooring Bunk bedroom decorated in a 'Lilo & Stitch' Disney movie theme. (Double on main area of bunk, twin on top, twin trundle pull out below) Large outdoor porch area that can be accessed from both bedrooms. THIRD FLOOR: Queen bedroom Full bath with new tile flooring Bunk bedroom decorated in a 'Surf's Up' movie theme. (Double on main area, twin on top, twin trundle pull out below.) Large outdoor porch area that can be accessed from both bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have sitting areas where you can relax, read a good book, or watch your favorite show. They are all equipped with ceiling fans, quality linens and comfortable beds. No more backaches on vacation! Each of the bedrooms have French doors that open up onto porches with patio chairs to sit in and soak up the tropical gulf breezes. There are also two Graco portable cribs for your use. The home has undergone a major remodeling/renovation, including a high capacity water heater, along with many more upgrades. We offer free Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, DVD and Blu-Ray players and cable TV. The Ohana Beach House is the perfect place for your family to vacation safely within a gated community, in a quiet cul-de-sac with private driveway for parking, two pools (one heated seasonally), tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard, and sand volleyball area. There are several nearby Gulf-front restaurants, shopping, golfing and many family friendly activities. You just can't beat the spectacular white powder sand beach with the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Gulf, all within a few minutes from your front door. The home was in a gated, quite community. The furnishing were top notch with room for 6 adults and 6 kids. Walking distance to the beach with plenty of beach toys. The grill was fabulous. The guys all have grill envy now.

There was thirteen in our party. Plenty of sleeping room. My elderly parents loved the house and especially the golf cart pick up and drop off! The beach was beautiful but a bit crowded i thought. Kitchen was fully equipped. Great location to the pool. Would stay here again!

It also was fitted with great kitchen supplies except tools to eat hard shell crabs ! Distance to beach was a little longer than initially thought!

This house is super clean and all the furniture is so comfortable. Having access to the bikes for such a low cost is a tremendous blessing, and communication with the homeowner is great. My only criticism is that the house is crammed in the back corner of the cult-de-sac with no view from the spacious and otherwise amazing balconies. There really shouldn’t have been a house placed on this lot because the balconies literally face the side of the house next door which is only 10 feet away.
This situation did not keep us from having one of the best vacations ever, though. Great experience overall.

Stayed at this beautiful property from July 20th through July 27th. We had 3 families stay here and each family just took a separate floor. The beach was literally a 5 min walk or a quick golf cart ride courtesy of the neighborhood. Pool was in the same cul-de-sac. Great place to stay and would definitely come back.

Awesome vacation experience
The Ohana House and owner were both very family friendly. We had 12 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is well furnished and the owner was extremely gracious and accommodating. It was an awesome family vacation with our Texas and Missouri families. The kids loved being so close to the pool and the beach.

a beautiful well kept spacious house - clean! - besides the two pools, our family really enjoyed the tennis courts - a very short walk to the beach and easy to get to - in a beautiful neighborhood that was nice for walking, exercise, etc...lots of good restaurants nearby! Made for a wonderful family vacation!

Family Spring Break at Ohana
Ohana was a very spacious house set up ideally for our extended family. We enjoyed the heated pool, as well as, the private beach just a short walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed to serve our family of eleven. We only hope we can vacation like this again some day!
