If you're looking for a quiet beach getaway in a lovely home with only a short stroll to one of the best beaches in look no further – Brigadune in Neskowin is your perfect home away from home!
This three-story, modern classic that sleeps 6 is located in the desirable south beach area of Neskowin, a quiet, gated community. Brigadune is set in a secluded area on nearly an acre of wooded land on a quiet road.
The main level living area has vaulted ceilings with a skylight, a river rock gas fireplace and a smart Roku TV. Enjoy cooking in the roomy well-equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. Feel surrounded by the forest as you dine overlooking the woods. In the reading nook there are shelves of books, games and puzzles. The enclosed porch has a view of the wooded area behind the house. Open the windows and listen to the birds sing, or the rain fall while sipping your morning coffee. For your convenience a powder room/laundry room on the main floor has a stacked, front loading washer and dryer.
The top floor has two large bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a nice little peek of the ocean through the trees and a king-sized memory foam bed as well as a gas fireplace. You will also find a large, luxurious bathroom with a roomy shower, double sinks and a fabulous claw foot soaking tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a Smart TV.
On the lower level is the third guest bedroom suite with a view of the wooded area in back. This room has a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom. Access to the double garage (which has an EV charger) is from the lower level. In a nook in the garage an arcade machine with 60 retro games (Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc.) No quarters required! There is also a ping pong table in the garage for indoor fun on rainy days.

Had everything we needed for a weekend to see King Tides and the ghost forest. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We came to Neskowin for a lovely 3 day weekend getaway. The house was wonderful and had all we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything worked well. The host was quick to respond and they even left a few goodies for us! We had a wonderful weekend here!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great house for teens, with plenty of parking. Just a short walk to beach access. We didn’t have the best weather so we watched movies by the fire and enjoyed the puzzles and games!
The house was missing a couple items and the owners were quick to respond and have them delivered.

Our short trip for the holiday weekend was nice. The house was okay. We arrived around 430 and bumped into the cleaning lady who thought the owners were there that weekend. When we got into the house it looked okay, but as a closer look was happening later in the evening it appeared that the house was not as clean as it seemed. There was pee still on the downstairs bathroom toilet, the counter was sloppily wiped down, and later in the evening we discovered that there were ants all over the counter. The master bath did not have any soap or shower amenities, in fact the only bathroom that had such items was the basement bathroom. Quite honestly, we were disappointed with our experience at this house. And the price I paid for our stay did not equate what we received.
Although the house was sub-par, our stay on the coast was left untarnished.
