My wife and I and long time friends came to Paso Robles for my birthday and the other male’s birthday, with our wives. I have stayed here before and did not hesitate to return. Great rental, perfect for two couples. Great location and great service. We will return again.

This property is a gem - photos on the listing don’t do it justice. Beautifully furnished and very clean. The dedicated garage for our car was a bonus and the owner left us a chilled bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our arrival! It’s an easy stroll to downtown restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Outstanding! As an architect, I appreciated the attention to detail, the curated artwork, and the flavor of the California Bungalow. Spacious and comfortable, well appointed with wonderful access to downtown (a real gem), wine country, the coast and the 101 (took a trip up to Pinnacles National Park). We would absolutely stay there again.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious and perfect for a family of four or two couples. It was also walking distance to the downtown area to be able to enjoy the restaurants, shops and tasting venues. An added bonus is the ability to park in the garage which provides that extra level of security (however the area is very safe) We would definitely stay at 16th Street house again

I originally booked this property based on how close it was to everywhere we wanted to be in Paso. When we arrived, my husband was very pleased on how spacious and clean it was. We were minutes to California Coast, Paso Market Walk, and In Bloom. The entire arrival to departure was super easy! I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Paso! Thank you!

We loved our month-long stay at Marjorie’s place. Perfect location in proximity to downtown and surrounding Paso wineries. Close to ocean and other areas of interest. Lovely apartment that met all our needs. Very responsive to any questions we had and delightful experience.

Everything was perfect. The property was well equipped and nicely decorated. The center of town was only a couple blocks away and close to all the restaurants and shopping. Would not hesitate to book this property again.
