Meticulously maintained by the owner, this 1800 sq ft A-Frame vacation rental cabin, with tremendous views and a 30 ft soaring cathedral ceiling, is ideally situated only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, North Carolina. We use a PROFESSIONAL cleaning service to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitisation Rates include high quality bed linens and towels. The cabin has a south facing aspect with views towards the mountains of Western North Carolina. Located only 20 minutes from Biltmore Estate, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 10 miles from downtown Asheville. The surrounding 7 private acres of forest ensure privacy, when enjoying the private deck area and taking in the wonderful views. The facilities of the vacation rental cabin include Wi-Fi High Speed Internet, 3 bedrooms, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have king sized bed. Master and main level guest bedrooms with king beds & Queen bed in 3rd bedroom. The master bathroom has a twin shower, while the main level bathroom has a double size tub with shower over. The lounge has a wood burning stove (meaning cozy and romantic winter evenings), a large flat screen TV with Satellite TV, VCR & DVD. The Master bed also has large TV with Satellite channels. The full kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, stove/range, dishwasher and there is a laundry with washer and dryer. The vacation rental cabin benefits from central heat and A/C. Wi-Fi High Speed T mobile Internet. With all these conveniences, privacy and serenity we are sure you will thoroughly enjoy Sasha's luxury.cabin in Asheville. This luxury mountain chalet is continuously upgraded and well maintained. This home is located in a restricted upscale community and all the homes have acreage. New real leather love seat. .Please note BOTH bathrooms now have showers..downstairs has shower over bathtub and upstairs has double walk in shower. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement. NC law does require a signed vacation rental contract. The contract is an e signature. Sorry we do not allow pets smoking or parties. Great location and fairly easy to get to. Cabin is clean and cozy. We saw 4 bears off the deck, so they are active. Hot tub was clean and filled. Kitchen semi-stocked (would have liked to have some spray Pam in the cabinet though). Beds were comfy. The home stayed warm during our late November visit, which was great. The check-out instructions are more work than most STR (requiring the dishwasher to be run and emptied before leaving at 10 am - was stressful and stripping the beds, towels and bringing them all to the laundry room area).

This place was perfect for us! Inviting, comfortable and beautiful views. We came from NY to celebrate Thanksgiving w our adult children who live in NC and SC. Drive through Smokey Mountains to visit Gatlinburg, walked around Asheville, did some walks and hikes. Spent a day at Biltmore Estates and spent Thanksgiving day cooking, watching football and enjoying the views from the living room and deck. We all agreed the house was a great find!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our annual girls weekend trip! The house was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Can’t beat the view either! We loved how private and quiet the property is but also that it’s perfectly situated close to restaurants and a grocery store in Fairview and only a short drive to Asheville. Suzanne was great to work with before and during our trip. We will definitely consider staying here again!

We loved the views. The beautiful fall foliage, or “rainbow forest” as my daughter would call it, was wonderful to see. We loved having the high ceilings in the house, as well as the floor to ceiling windows. We enjoyed the hot tub once, however the water had a strange and unpleasant smell, so that was unfortunate. Also there was an error code SL on the hot tub and the temp wouldn’t get above 92. I googled the issue and eventually learned that SL meant the hot tub was in sleep mode. I wish this would have been addressed in the binder with all the home instructions, as we used the hot tub at a cold temperature until we could figure out. Unfortunately I wouldn’t call this cabin luxury as it is described on VRBO. To me, luxury would be at least stone countertops and a spotless place, as well as a light fixture and not just a light bulb in the living room. We have stayed in many luxury rentals, and this one wasn’t one of them. The place felt a little dated to us, but maybe we just have a different expectations when something is described as luxury. When we arrived to the house it has a stale smell. We noticed the countertops behind the sinks had green soilage. When going to shower, one of the towels had orange (I assume make up) stains all over it. When we closed the door to the downstairs restroom, there were blobs of dust. Generally, the place didn’t meet our standards of clean, which I hate to say. I would reevaluate your cleaning company, as your place has a lot of potential!

Property matches listing description. Though in a private development, properties are well spaced. At night there were absolutely no lights visible from other properties. Really great comfortable mattress in master bedroom. Large hot tub. Wonderfully serene evenings. We enjoyed the deck morning, noon and night. The cabin is very comfortable and inviting. Location is convenient. 17 miles to Chimney Rock, 10 to Blue Ridge Parkway and 14 to downtown Asheville. Roads into the property, while steep, are all paved and well maintained. We ate all but two meals at the cabin. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and the charcoal grill is fairly new and cooks well. Host was very responsive to an inquiry regarding operation of the hot tub. Very pleasant! Can accommodate six people very comfortably with 3 private bedrooms but if you are looking for a totally private place to enjoy as a couple S

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was our favorite house so far. It was extremely clean and neat, had many cozy touches that made us feel at home, it was close enough to things that made it convenient, but was far enough from neighbors so we could enjoy some privacy. We enjoyed the wildlife in the neighborhood and the hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking or exploring.

We stayed here for 4 nights with another couple. It’s was perfectly outfitted, had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are gorgeous views. (You can’t see any other houses from here.). The hot tub was wonderful, and it got cool enough to light a fire in the wood stove. It was all wonderful. Additionally, Asheville was only 15-20 minutes away. I highly recommend!

The Sasha Cabin was exactly what we were looking for in an Asheville stay. Beautiful views, spacious house, hot tub! Our kids loved the big window at the back of the house, driving up and down the mountain to get to the cabin, and being only 15 minutes from downtown and Biltmore. Would recommend and visit again!

We stayed 3 nights in Sasha’s Cabin and loved it! The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great. Close enough to services but far enough to feel the quiet. The views from the hot tub are amazing!

The unit was perfect for us. We each had a bedroom and lots of space to have dinner and socialize. The drive up and down the mountain (we are Floridians) was exciting for 2 of us. One person gets car sick, so she didn’t enjoy it much. We managed to get back before dark every night so we didn’t have to drive it in the dark. All in all, it was a great stay with a beautiful view.

The home was gorgeous. The views were incredible. It was very secluded and peaceful. It was pretty remote, but not hard to find. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It looked like someone really cared about making sure the home had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Amazing location on the side of a mountain. Being from the south, the drive was definitely hilly on the way to the cabin but worth it! Amazing!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was just a dream! We truly enjoyed the views from the hot tub and being out and away from downtown! We explored nearby Chimney Rock Village and highly recommend spending some time in the area hiking!
The wood burning stove was also a very cozy touch and appreciate that the owners provided the wood!!

Sasha’s Cabin was as described. Our family had a wonderful time at a most beautiful house. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided from an easy check in to a fully stocked kitchen. 30 minutes to just about anywhere we wanted to visit while in the Asheville area. The views from the deck and hot tub are spectacular. If your looking for peace and tranquillity then look no further. Thanks for a great week wee look forward to returning next year if not sooner.

A wonderful private getaway
This house is wonderful! Exactly as we expected and with a beautiful view, comfortable furnishings, and privacy. Convenient to Asheville and not far from stores. About the only complaint we have (and this is a nitpick) is that we did some cooking in the kitchen and really felt the lack of containers for leftovers. But that's certainly not going to stop us from wanting to come back!

Winter getaway
Suzanne was super friendly and communicative. Super easy to check in. The house was very clean and everything felt fresh and new. The hot tub is certainly a nice bonus, but the fireplace was the real star. Over a four day cold window with some snow in the mountains, having the fireplace going all the time kept the whole house warm and made the entire place super inviting. Took a day trip to chimney rock and climbed all the way up there. Also 20 Minutes to downtown. Highly recommend this house.

The house was great - had a Christmas tree to help get ready for Christmas. The view out the rear windows overlooking the valley was excellent - especially when enjoying the hottub. We saw no animals - sadly. The property is large - but most of it is downhill at the back. Our first VRBO experience - overall it was pretty good.

The property was clean and exactly as advertised; we enjoyed our stay. The only caution I would add is note that the downstairs bathroom does not have a stand up shower; if you want that you must go upstairs. That said, in hindsight the downstairs bathroom was accurately depicted in the pictures and I just didn't catch it when I made the reservation. Just be aware if this is a potential issue to your party.
