Located in St Germain, this charming cabin for $203 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Eagles Nest is located in the ultimate northwoods playground when it comes to YEAR-ROUND activities for the entire family. This lovely cabin is nestled between 100+year old pine trees, right on Big St. Germain Lake with a great pier. The shoreline is sandy and shallow, excellent for swimming! Big St.Germain Lake is a 1600 acre 3 lake chain. The lake is a class A Muskie lake and also offers many other species of fish. A 14 ft aluminum fishing boat is included-just pull out your fishing pole and catch a few. In Spring, summer and fall, choose from boating, golfing, horseback riding, shopping, dining, hiking, biking and lots more. The cabin is only minutes away from a variety of the Northwoods best trails including the new paved St. Germain Bike trail with gentle riding terrain. You'll find the Awassa Nature preserve Trail, and the Fern Ridge hiking trail close by, perfect for bird-watching and nature lovers. St Germain's winter wonderland offers ice fishing, cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the nearby trails, along with great snowmobiling. Fire up the sleds and head out on the scenic Bo-Boen snowmobile trails located right outside the cabin door. This cabin has a knotty pine interior, wood burning fireplace and new flat screen TV with Dvd player and cable. WiFi is also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve all meals. Ceiling fans are in every room. Relax, enjoy your morning coffee and watch the wildlife from the large 3 season screen room or beautiful deck, both overlooking the lake. There are three bedrooms, one with a new queen bed, the second with a full size bed and the third with a twin bed separate from a bunk bed. The full bath was remodeled in the spring of 2019 and now features a double wide step in shower. The half bath is insuite to the queen bedroom. Should others wish to travel with you, we offer several more 2 to 5 bedroom cottages that are all tastefully furnished and carpeted. Kitchens or kitchenettes are well equipped for cooking, including microwave ovens, toasters and coffee pots. The cottages have thermostatically controlled gas heat for your comfort and all have fireplaces. There are color cable televisions in each unit, some with a VCR and some with a DVD player. Also furnished with each cottage is a 14 foot aluminum row boat, life jackets and cushion, picnic table, grill, lawn chairs, above-ground fire pits and professionally laundered bed linens. Leisure Lodge Condominiums is a resort of 13 cabins on the south east corner of the lake. Guests of Eagle's Nest can take full advantage of the numerous amenities the resort has to offer, like the sand volleyball court lakeside, the tennis court, shuffleboard, boat launching ramp with dock, paddleboat, sandy beach with excellent swimming, canoe and fish cleaning house with lights and running water. Yet Eagle's Nest is the first cabin in a row of 4 private properties adjacent to Leisure Lodge Resort. So while you have access to all the above resort amenities, you also have your own private dock and your own firepit! Big St. Germain Lake hosts almost any kind of water activity you can imagine. Whether you come to fish, swim, jet ski or pontoon, your stay at Eagle's Nest will be a pleasant complement to all your Northwoods adventures! The Eagle's Nest is a great get away for some quiet up north relaxing. It was wonderful to have the lake and then fire pit so close to the cabin. The cabin itself was very clean and a warming charm to it. It's also conveniently located just a few minutes from a well stocked grocery store. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Perfect cabin for a couples trip!! We went snowmobiling for the weekend with another couple & had plenty of space. Super cozy & has a great cabin charm. Owners were really helpful & responsive when we had questions in planning our trip. Be sure to read through all their arrival instructions as we arrived at night & those were super helpful in locating the cabin in the dark. Pics don’t do it justice, but overall the cabin was really clean & cute! Definitely would stay again 😊

Everything you want in a North woods cabin experience. The pictures don't do it justice. I was worried about the size of the living room but due to the open concept kitchen, it felt plenty spacious for our family of 6.

We had no idea what to expect, we just needed a place to stay for the 2 who were running the Minocqua marathon. The row boat was great for gpa and grandson to trying some fishing. The fire pit was great for the evenings. There were numerous outdoor games the grandkids enjoyed

Booking was easy. Cabin clean and had all you needed to have a great time. Deer came up to be fed but we're not a bother. You look right out to the lake with a screened in porch or a big deck.

The cabin was exactly as described, very clean (which we fully appreciated during Covid) and all around really enjoyable. The weather was a little chilly to enjoy all the amenities outside, but we're already talking about a trip for warming weather. Many of the comments mentioned full size mattresses, but I believe the 'master' bedroom now has a queen. Enjoyed every minute.

Very small 3 bedroom cottage. Although 3 bedrooms would be very crowded if you had more than 4 people Bathrooms extremely small. Bed was not very comfortable and only had doubles or twin bunks. I wanted to rent a place with a fireplace which it has however the fireplace is behind you if you want to watch TV or enjoy lake view Really in kitchen. With all the fees and taxes makes this rental pretty expensive for what you get.

It was a nice cabin, there was a couple things they should have when staying at this cabin. Needs an AC outlet on the outside of the cabin to charge boat batteries. Better ventilation in the cabin (bath towels) would not dry off, need to have a broom and dustpan, Lighting was poor and no exhaust fan or lighting above the stove
