The biggest complaint we had was the narrowness of the driveway, its proximity to a cliff, and the curb obstruction to the driveway entrance. Other discrepancies were minor and easy to fix with some attention to detail. Overall though, it was a very nice, well-stocked home for a beach vacation. A bit pricey, but not over the top.

Great home, good floor plan for families. Very clean. Hot tub in working order and clean. Kitchen well stocked with all the essentials. No view of the ocean which is a bummer considering how close it is. Beach is close by but only accessible by a long set of steep stairs. Not good for seniors or people with mobility challenges. Overall a nice home but the Hot Tub did not work, that was the main reason I rented the house I called and the maintenance repair guy said he didn't know how to work on that and that someone could fix it Monday, that did me no good as I checked out Sunday. The remote for the main bedroom did not work, we always like to fall asleep watching TV. The thermostat downstairs stopped working. I would like to get a partial refund due to issues we encountered.

Booking this property was very easy and unlike other properties, the pictures were exactly like the reality. The rooms were bigger than I expected and the location was great. I was in town for a wedding for my dad and it was nice to stay in a house with accommodations and also plenty of room for my baby to crawl around and fit her mini crib! I will definitly be going back

We love the Olivia Beach neighborhood. The house I usually try to get for our weekends was unavailable so I chose this one. House was loaded with great kitchen items. I would suggest to bring extra blankets. Also the driveway is terrible. We had 3 cars and parked them all along the driveway. Extremely narrow. I’m surprised that a car hasn’t fallen off the cliff. If you’re just a one or 2 car visit, not much of an issue. Overall house met our needs and was great

Fir the most part it was a great place to stay! The only frustrating thing was the lack of information at the house about how to operate items such as the tv controllers etc. otherwise it was a perfect place to stay! Would stay again!

The house had more than we expected, but everything we needed. The beach was a short walk (though those stairs were more than a couple in our party could do) or a short drive away. Great location, great accommodations!

When we arrived the trash from previous renters was spread all over the driveway. (Not a good first impression) We had to email for the management company to collect the trash.(which they did the following morning) The house was clean, which was nice. The neighborhood quiet. We had to search for any information on the property. Usually there is a binder with property information, wi-fi passwords, check out process, near by areas of interest, beach access, restaurants, tour information..... ect. No such binder at this location. We found, buried in a drawer, a smudged, dirty table tent information card with wi-fi info.... but other than that, we were on our own. The landscaping of this house was disappointing. It appeared to be pretty neglected, especially in the back “patio” area. Weeds, mismatched chairs, fence falling apart, piles of old fencing near the dirty, old, rusted BBQ. The “fire pit” was small and marginally functional, as it was pretty shallow and no grate or screen present for flying embers. The front “path of rosemary” needed pruning and shaping. The pictures and description on the web site are a little deceiving. There IS a small park down the hill from the rental, but the park pictured on the web site, with basketball hoops, multi children toys ect. is 3 miles away, down highway 101 at Devils Lake. The beach access is a hike, down the hill, up a large set of stairs, up a hill, and then down steep, multi leveled stair case to the beach. Bring your beach gear in a back pack, because a beach bag will be awkward and cumbersome both down and up. Not convenient AT ALL if there are children under 6, people over 60, or any persons with mobility challenges in your group. We only found beach access when we were out walking. I probably would not stay in this neighborhood again, as there are comparable properties/ Neighborhoods in Lincoln City that are closer to the beach, with better access and community amenities for the same price. Pros- clean house, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, hot tub Cons- deceptive web description, no property info available at property, distance to beach, community amenities not accurately portrayed. Landscaping/property appeared to be slightly neglected compared to neighboring houses. No ceiling fans, so air was stagnant unless upper patio door was open....

Enjoyed but corroded batteries in remote. Sand in hot tub. Upstairs tv was on when we arrived plus some lights too. Veggie crisper in fridge was already cracked

We have stayed in other homes at Olivia Beach and we just love the little community there. This home was beautiful and very clean. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and making s’mores. This was one of our favorite homes that we have stayed in. A bit of a walk to the beach, but that’s ok. The house was well stocked and the kids loved the fact they could have the entire downstairs to themselves. Our little one enjoyed the upstairs balcony and insisted on eating out there.

Great location and close to everything. Was great to have family with two living room for children and the hot tub was a treat. Bring your basics, this place was missing a few essential items that I would of thought be there but good to know for next trip!
