Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive house for $402 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. A wonderful vacation awaits you in this oceanfront townhome with spectacular ocean views. Located on the South End of the beach and walking distance to The Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier. Large oceanfront decks are off of the living room and master bedroom, as well as decks off of each bedroom facing the sound! The ground floor has parking, an outdoor shower, and is available to store your beach equipment. Enter the unit and go up one flight of stairs to the first level. This level has a large living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to make a family meal! Enjoy the ample seating in the living room, the large oceanfront deck off of the living room with plenty of seating to relax, or a table to enjoy a meal. This level also has a full bathroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a sound facing deck, and a flat screen TV. Proceed upstairs to the top floor, and you will find the laundry area in the hall and 2 bedrooms. The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 full beds, a flat screen TV, a sound facing balcony, and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, an oceanfront balcony, and a flat screen TV. We planned to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. It was just my family of 4 so wanted to make it a little fun & different. I was a little worried about cooking an entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen but was so impressed with just how well the kitchen was stocked! We had enough pots/pans and serving dishes for the entire meal.
We love the south end of Wrightsville and found the location of the house to be perfect. Right on the beach and walking distance to our favorite surf / coffee shop.
We ran into one problem with the main room sliding glass door facing the beach not opening properly but called the property managers and they promptly sent someone over.
I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Thanksgiving Get Away
We planned to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. It was just my family of 4 so wanted to make it a little fun & different. Our vacation rental was just right for me, my son and his wife and my daughter in law's sister. The view from the house and deck onto the ocean or toward the pier is lovely. The kitchen/dinette and living area were the right size, the bedroom looked out over the sound or the ocean, which added to the beauty.

Property is in a great beach front location. Good section of beach - easy access. House is nice with a good view of ocean. Kitchen is a little snug, depending on how many people are trying to help cook/prep at same time. We had a problem with a significant odor in the home that took a couple visits from maintenance worker to resolve. In the end, it was due to the floor drain under the washing machine lacking water in the pea trap. This was allowing sewer gases to enter the home intermittently. You probably won't run into this issue if you rent this property, but it is the only reason for docking a star on this review. I would rent this property again.

Really enjoyed the vacation. Property was in a great location and very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the upper and lower decks, the short walk to the beach, the beds were comfortable, and the outside shower was great. The lifeguard stand being close by was also a plus. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location, relaxing week. Kitchen has more than enough of the utensils and cookware you could ever need. Bought my own knives and can opener, but did not use them! Very well equipped. Would have enjoyed an additional sofa for family gathering time, and elevated chairs on the porch off of the family room for better beach viewing. Great rental! We will stay there again!

The Wallace unit is a beautiful place to stay, both due to the interior and also the view and proximity to the beach. We discovered that the washing machine was not functioning; the plumber varified it the following day, and the next day a new washer was installed. Quick way to solve a problem!

The Wallace is a wonderful place to stay! Very spacious with a modern kitchen and great views. The access to the beach is super convenient and we even heard a live band from the Oceanic on Friday night. The only downside is the quality of queen beds, they were very uncomfortable-could probably use a nice mattress pad or something. We also noticed that the washing machine failed on spin cycle and left us with soaking wet clothes and towels. Overall, these were small inconveniences for a wonderful stay!

This was our 5th straight year of renting the Wallace for 2 weeks in August. However, our history goes back even further when many of our friend groups have been in and out of the Wallace since the early 1990's! Overall, it is a great experience and that's why we keep coming back.

We had a fabulous week! The house was in great shape, amenities good. The internet modem did not work, so that was a bummer, but that was the only thing. I think we are not the 'norm' since we flew in from out of state, but it would be great to have some beach chairs accessible. Everything else was really great.
