Located in Edgewater, this attractive condo for $236 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our completely renovated large one bedroom, 1 bath condominium is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. There is no driving on our beach! The grounds are tropically landscaped and include a beautiful oceanfront heated pool (winter months), ocean front gas grills and clubhouse, lighted tennis and pickleball court, shuffleboard, and large patio gazebo. Step from the pool onto the white sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail. ******Our condo is for adults only and the complex does not allow guests pets****** We are on the third floor with an excellent view of the ocean. Our condominium is 900 square feet, has been completely renovated, and is stocked with everything to make your vacation comfortable. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large vanity area. Relax in the living room on our very comfortable queen-size sofa and large, comfortable chairs. Both our master and living room have large flat screen TVs with plenty of cable channels and DVR. Our dining table seats 6. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We also have high speed wireless internet . Work from the beach, pool or porch with our secured WI-FI connection. We are only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center. New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Had a great time at this beautiful, clean condo, on a non-driving part of the beach. Unit was very comfortable for the two of us. Very quiet even for a holiday week. Easy check in and out, good communication with owner. Kitchen was beautiful, had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Whole closet full of beach accessories but we didn't use any of them, just stayed in the pool! Everyone at the condo was very friendly. Had own parking spot. Great location, would stay again.

This condo was very well stocked with essentials and extras to make activities from going to the beach to cooking breakfast easy like beach chairs and spray cooking oil. The location was great with many quality restaurants within easy driving distance. Being so close to Canaveral National Park was a bonus. And check-in was a breeze Thanks.

The condo was nicely furnished and supplied with everything we needed. Good shower, Comfy bed. All the beach supplies anyone would need for a fun day at the beach. Sally responded very quickly to any questions. Only issue was a lot of construction noise from reparations of damage done during the last hurricane. But noise was during the day. Nights were very quiet and ocean waves could be heard.

Beautiful condo! Felt very much at home. Bed & pillows were comfy. Our stay was very pleasant. The balcony was a nice surprise, the furniture & view in the pictures do not do it justice! The complex, overall was nicely landscaped and very visually appealing. Already looking forward to our next stay.

This property was a fabulous, completely renovated condo with views of the ocean. The decor was comfortable and welcoming and the immensities were numerous such as the large screen TVs, beach towels and chairs, comfy porch furniture, and a washer/dryer. The owners have supplied most everything that you need for an easy, relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property and hope to reserve it again in the future!

This was my second time staying at this unit! It is beautifully decorated, great view of ocean, very clean (and I am clean freak), in all a great weekend visiting a dear old friend who lives in same complex! Will definitely rent again in near future!

Our stay at Sally’s was everything you’d want in a beachside retreat. You can hear the sound of the ocean and watch the waves as you sit on the patio with comfortable seating. Morning walks on the beach to watch the sunrise, with coffee in hand, is merely steps way. The impeccable decor is fresh and relaxing with comfortable seating for you and your guests to watch a movie or eat a meal made in the fully stocked kitchen. Every detail is carefully considered for your convenience and comfort. Sleeping is heavenly on the excellent king mattress. If you don’t want to cook, there are two excellent restaurants just across the street and many more choices a few moments away in the hip beachside town of New Smyrna Beach. I would definitely recommend Sally’s for your next visit to the area. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful stay at this lovely condo with a great outdoor space and an ocean view. Sally was very responsive with any and all questions. Condo was very well equipped, lots of fluffy towels, beach chairs, comfy bed and immaculate. Several nearby restaurants, Dollar Store grocery across the street, Publix just down the road. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at Sally's property for a long weekend wedding trip. All of the information we needed was provided clearly and promptly, and we found the condo to be perfect for what we needed. Everything was very comfortable and the condo is ideal for a short (or extended) stay for two adults. When our flight home was cancelled due to weather, we were able to extend our stay by a night, and the responsiveness to the request was greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the help!

Unit is updated with high-end kitchen, bath, etc - complex is very clean and directly across street from Dollar General and Ice cream stores - no driving part of the beach - all went well - only complaint is couldn,t get TVS to work - 90% of the time

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. Everything about this unit was beautifully decorated and clean. Great location, friendly locals and right on the water. Communication with owner was almost immediate. I honestly can’t say enough great things. We will be back!

We only needed a small space since we were only traveling with our daughter. The layout is so nice that it felt much bigger than we expected. The complex is older but when we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing renovation of this condo….it’s so beautiful and comfortable! Speaking of comfort, the king size bed is so nice! I never sleep great when traveling but I did this trip. The picture of the view of the ocean does not match the reality….it is much more visible in person and you could hear the wonderful waves crash the beach, music to our ears! My husband that only likes ocean front views was satisfied. Overall, it was a great first trip to New Smyrna and especially nice after 3 days at Universal Studios with a 14 year old!

If you are viewing the pictures and trying to decide if this is the right location for you, trust what you see. The view of the ocean is accurate, every inch of this home is beautifully renovated and the decor is relaxing and inviting. My wife and I were very pleased with the responsiveness of the owner. Sally was more than helpful and understanding. This location has been saved as one of our favorites and we look forward to visiting again.
