About this house rental
Nestled in Four Corners, this charming house for $104 per night is a great option for your next break. Pool House on GOLF COURSE minutes to DISNEY and LAKE ACCESS. Golf, fish, swim, tennis, basketball or just relax and watch the sun come up over Lake Davenport. Truly a vacation by itself…not to mention being minutes away from Disney and other attractions Orlando has to offer. 4 bedroom and 2 bath home with Southern facing pool (heated for free by solar heat), nestled with your back lanai pool area complete with charcoal grill all overlooking hole number 5 of Polo Park Golf Course. THE HOME: This golf home is charming and well furnished, boasting a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook table and dining room table overlooking the pool and golf course. Cozy living room with cable TV/DVD/VCR, Stereo and WIFI internet access throughout. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed and walk in closet along with a master bath suite complete with skylight and separate bath and shower featuring a deluxe oversized rain shower head. All bedrooms come with their own televisions complete with Roku streaming capabilities. Another bedroom features a queen size bed, closet and television complete with Roku streaming capabilities. The MICKEY MOUSE & NEMO BEDROOMS are complete and each room has two twin beds and wall art to create the magic inspired by being only 7 miles from Disney World. Both rooms have televisions complete with Roku streaming capabilities. More guests can sleep on the living room couch that folds down into a full sized spring bed. Our vacation getaway home can sleep 10 easily with the rooms above and sofa Bed. There is a crib which is available for use and can be found in the garage. DISNEY, SEAWORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS AND ORLANDO ATTRACTIONS: All are within minutes: about 10-12 minutes to Disney virtually a straight shot as the home is about 250 yards from Space Coast Highway (US 192) which takes you directly to Disney’s Magical Gate. SeaWorld and Universal Studios are about 20-25 easy minutes away as well. GOLF: Polo Park is a fun (kid friendly) 9 hole executive course located at the Polo Park Golf Course facility in Davenport, FL. From the longest tees it presents 1,246 yards of golf for a par of 28. The course was designed by Joe Ortega and opened in 1985. Nine holes plus cart all for $18. This golf course is perfect for relaxing and perfecting your short game as well as possibly teaching your kids to golf. Don’t forget to wave to the family who stayed at home as you drive by them on hole number 5 or perhaps run in for a refreshing drink. LAKE DAVENPORT: Lake Davenport is one of the larger lakes in Polk County and just a short 5 minute walk from the house and you can be on the community pier overlooking this beautiful freshwater lake. Relax and watch the sunrise, or if fishing is more your idea of relaxing the lake is all yours. Don’t forget to get a Polk County Fishing License (non-Florida residents can obtain one for $17 for three days or $30 for seven days). If you decide to tow your boat or jet ski with you for vacation there is a community boat ramp for lake access. BASKETBALL, TENNIS AND COMMUNITY POOL As if there weren’t enough to keep you and your family content, within a short walk or drive (about 1800 feet) is the community center complete with basketball and tennis courts, an even larger community pool and the pier/dock that goes out to the lake. STAY During our busy Summer months we ask for 5 night minimum stay, but certainly please inquire if less days are needed and we would be happy to see if we can accommodate. Everything was just as described and more than enough room for 8 people. Depending on when you leave its 15 to 25 minutes to the Disney parks and 30 to 40 minutes to Universal.
On our first trip We stayed at the Disney hotels and paid 4 to 5x the amount as this home. Unless you just want that cramped hotel experience. Save your money and rent this home. You will end up having a better time. Our 4th trip to the parks in the last 4 years....will rent this home again if its open on our next trip. There are many other reviews talking about what's around this area so I won't go into that.
Marc (owner/manager) is great at getting back to you with any question you have. We did not have to contact him after getting to the home. But I'm 100% sure he would have been just as quick getting back to us if we had to.

We came down for Christmas with our young adult kids to celebrate and go to Disney and Universal. The property manager Marc was wonderful to communicate with and was so helpful before and during the trip. Would highly recommended this place.

House was clean and in a decently quiet neighborhood. Distance from the theme parks was not bad and it was very close to a Walmart and places to eat. Would recommend!

Amazing place to stay! It was perfect for our week at Disney and universal! We had a power outage during our stay and the owner was very quick to respond and let us know an estimated time of restoration (routine maintenance overnight was the reason). It was colder most of our trip, but the kids were able to enjoy the pool on our last day which they absolutely loved! I will say, the washer is VERY loud so try to wash clothes either while you’re out for the day or before anyone tries to sleep.

Great villa in a fantastic location, minutes from Disney,everything we needed and the description given was very accurate. Even managed a dip in the pool which was great.Marc was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had.Would definitely stay here again and recommend the Villa to family and friends. We really enjoyed staying at this property. Frankly, it's probably the only way we could have financed this trip instead of staying at resorts. The house was great, no issues with anything. The only slight thing is that the washer got so loud that we had to be strategic when to wash clothes. But we welcomed having the washer/dryer! The bed was VERY comfortable, and the pool was welcome!

The experience we had from beginning to end was so easy and so much fun! The property owner is so nice and accommodating. My 10 month old daughter was very comfortable as well. The house is well stocked with necessities such as silverware, plates and cups. The outside area was nice and the house is only 20-25 minutes from all of the Disney parks. It made our first big family getaway so much fun. I would definitely recommend staying at this residence!

Very well equipped with all appliances you would expect as well as a tv in every room with access to Hullu and all live sports.
Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores Worthing a few minutes in the car and approx 20 mins drive to Disney.
Our host was very responsive to any messages and left us a home starter pack for our arrival with dishwasher tabs, trash bags etc.

Mark was very quick to respond to any questions and the whole process couldn't have been easier, the house was perfect for us and had everything we needed, it was clean, very well kept and is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants a short drive away and easy access to all the Disney, SeaWorld and Universal parks, if we get the chance to come to Florida again we wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

We had an amazing time at this place. Super clean, everything i needed was there. Easy communication with Marc. Enjoyed the pool a few times although it rained almost everyday. Very peaceful place close to Disney parks and stores. We even parked our rental car in the garage which made it perfect during the rainy days! This place is just the perfect place for vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s house. We thoroughly enjoyed the heat pool and took advantage of it everyday. The house location was very close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc and was also a short drive to the theme parks. The house size, layout, rooms, amenities, etc were exactly as described and expected. Marc provided lots of useful info and was always quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando!

This house was excellent for our family’s stay. There were a few minor issues which the property owners addressed as soon as we brought them to their attention, and the cleanliness was not quite as good as we would have hoped. But overall our stay was great. The property managers had also made available a high chair, strollers and crib for our use which was great for our toddler. There was also a small selection of pool “toys” which made swimming more enjoyable.

Before arrival we realized we would get there at 2-3 am with no where to go, the owners were able to work with us to allow us to check in early. The owners were super responsive throughout our whole stay! My daughter was over the moon excited about the finding Nemo room, and the pool, and also the board games we played at night.

We had a wonderful weeks stay, we visited all the parks, which are all within 15 miles, home is exactly as listed! Nice, clean and plenty of space. Will definitely stay in the future.

Nice home just as described. Close to Disney and other stores and restaurants. Home was clean but was in need of a deep cleaning such as the dust on fans and above cabinets in the kitchen.

From finding the property to leaving the property Marc made sure we had the best stay possible. Such a great person to talk to and deal with. The house was clean and well equipped to live comfortably for the week we were there.

Truly enjoyed this house and Marc’s customer service. This house is about 24 minutes max away from Disney depending on traffic but close enough to great food spots. When having questions about the home, Marc was very attentive and quick to respond which was great. This was our first family trip and it was a great one. We didn’t have time to use the pool but next time we will. Thanks Marc!

We enjoyed our stay here. Property was as advertised. We did not get to enjoy the pool much since we were gone at the parks each day, but it was nice to know it was available should we want to swim.

The house was beautiful and clean. Plenty of necessities plus more included. We were just a small family of 3, but you could easily fit a large family and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a major highlight of our trip. Was close to many stores and resturants and only about a 20 minute drive from Disney World. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will defintely book again if we are ever back in the area!

We stayed here for a week for our Disney and Universal trip. Easy to find great neighborhood, only about 25 minutes from Disney! The house had everything we needed. When we arrived we found our code was not working, but Marc responded right away and got everything taken care of! The home was perfect for our group two of them

Marc was very easy to work with and everything was perfect. My kids loved the pool and TV outside, they relaxed in the pool every night after long days at Disney. I hope to come back and stay at this house again.

Great vacation home
Location was great, everything that was advertised was at the house. No problems at all. Communication with host was awesome. My family of 6 had a great time and the pool was a hit. We will rent again in the future from the host.
