We stayed at the Breakers for Christmas. Everything was great! The check in process was good, the condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular! We did have 2 issues. The internet connection wasn't very good and the listing did say there was a hot tub one on the premises, but there wasn't one there. Overall a great stay! Thank you :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Breakers. Location was perfect. The property was exactly as shown in the picture. The hosts were very accommodating to our questions and requests. We will definitely recommend not only this property, but using VRBO for a stay away from home.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans so it made cooking a breeze. The master bedroom was comfortable and the view is so lovely to wake up too. The Breakers was a very quiet condominium, had no issues with parking or using the elevator. I’d definitely recommend this host and unit to anyone looking to stay in the area. I’ll definitely be booking again.

We would would stay here again. Love the fact that it is a smaller building. Only 8 floors high and 32 units. No waiting long times for an elevator because there’s hundreds of units (and people). More private.

This property was great for our quick getaway to the beach. It was easy to get to and wasn’t as crowded as some of the bigger properties. The condo is spacious with beautiful views of the Gulf and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and myself arrived and thought oh no due to the appearance of the outside of the building but once we unlocked the door of this condo we were in disbelief. The condo was well decorated, clean and oh the view! There was everything you could ask for in the kitchen and the furnishings were comfortable! You will not be disappointed if you rent this place! Thanks for making our Anniversary trip a good one!

Our stay included 3 grandchildren. Very spacious, view from balcony beautiful. Easy access, we never had a problem with parking.We were on 8th floor no problem with noise, beach area provided rentable chairs and never had problem of overcrowding. Only minor problem we had was with dryer(shut off stating clean filter) . We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, centrally located to shopping needs and eating establishments. Don't let the "been there a while" exterior fool you, the inside and the views are top-of-the-line. One of the best things we enjoyed is there are less than 100 units in the building so 1) parking was never an issue, 2) no extended wait times on the elevator, and 3) the pool was never overcrowded.

If I was rating the stay it would be an 8 out of 10. The condo was just as pictured and very clean. The view was breath taking and it is conveniently located. My only issues were, the beds reminded me of the 3 little bears. One was too hard, one was too soft and one was just right, so pick your bed well before deciding which you'll sleep in. The toliets were slow to flush, there wasnt much water pressure in them. Aside from those few things it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We did encounter several jellyfish during our stay, I did wonder if that's a common thing year round. Due to going in Oct the crowds were minimal and the weather was perfect, so having this great place to call home for a few days really put the icing on the cake.

Smooth reservation and property is represented well by the online pics. Nice location, end unit on the top floor. Right on the beach! Nicely decorated with comfort for viewing the TV in mind. The property building itself looks dated and the pool area is rather pathetic, especially in comparison with the properties on either side. The master king size bed was also WAY too firm for our liking. Upon arrival the beautiful balcony over looking the beach and the windows in the master bedroom were seriously populated with what looked like super large stink bugs. Really freaky! Didn’t make us want to spend any time out there- so unfortunate. Our last evening the stink bugs were joined by a swarm of dragonflies at sunset. Maybe this is seasonal? Also no beach towels or beach chairs and water toys are provided. We have stayed at other beach VRBO’s that provide this kind of amenities. Owner was responsive in quickly correcting the non existent parking pass that was supposed to be on the table upon arrival. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place to stay. The view of the beach was very peaceful! There is HEALING in God's WATER! Suggest that the television in the bedroom with double beds be checked. We could not get a picture. Otherwise! We plan to return again. Thank You!
