My wife and I cannot say enough about our stay at The Loft. The accommodations were truly exceptional. From the beautiful design, attention to detail, cleanliness and amenities, we can’t imagine a better place to stay to visit our son at Fort Liberty and enjoy downtown Fayetteville. Carlos was extremely helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend The Loft and will definitely stay there again.

Words cannot describe how super impressed I’m with this property. It has everything you need in this property. This is my second time staying here and I’m amazed again. The neighborhood really shock me i didn’t think it would be so busy or even have a lot of things to do. When I visited back Fayetteville I will be staying a this property. You guys deserve more than five star.

We loved the Loft! It was beautiful and clean and very homey. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants. The couch was perfect for napping and watching a movie and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with the dishes and things needes to make dinner. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Everything about my stay was simple, convenient and good. The location is in the heart of downtown without being overly loud or crowded. The Loft was clean and well organized, and communication was easy.
I look forward to staying here again in a future visit.

I was in Fayetteville for a two week business engagement at Ft Bragg in Januaray of 2023.
I chose this apartment in historic downtown Fayetteville because it is close to several restaurants and cafes and the Cumberland County Library about a block away. Downtown Fayetteville has been well re-gentrified from the days of old and now has quite a variety of things to do.
The apartment itself is fantastically comfortable. Located in a historic, century-old brick building, it has all the amenities you would want for an extended stay to include washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen. Carlos the owner was extremely helpful when needed. One consideration is the need to pay for parking on a daily basis, but this turned out to be the most insignifigant inconvenience and hardly worth a mention.
I fully intend to stay here again if businses take me back to Fayetteville.

You'd never believe a NYC style loft mixed with interior design styles of industrial, modern rustic, and art deco exists in Fayetteville, NC. The location in downtown Fayetteville and the always attentive and pleasant owner who is responsive if you need to extend, etc—makes this loft a reservation hot spot when visiting this area.

We loved our stay at the loft! It’s in the perfect location within walking distance to everything! EXTREMELY spacious and the hosts thought of everything you might want or need in the unit. If I HAD to give any suggestion it would be curtains to help with the light coming in at night but it wasn’t a huge issue. We are just use to blackout curtains so it seemed brighter than we were use to but would still recommend 10/10 and will be back!

The place was perfect except for the noise. The location was amazing and we were able to walk to the city’s new year festival. There’s plenty of food and drink to walk to nearby. The very first night we came to stay the train blared it’s horn for about 30 to 60 seconds every hour on the hour. I was near pull my hair out from frustration but I was too tired. The second night the last train horn sounded at 1am but we found the white noise machine and it helped. We were also exhausted so who knows. Oh and every morning the gardener blows leaves at 8 am and when the salon down below opens sometimes they like to play loud music. Other than that we had a great time

I cannot say enough good things about this place or the owners. We will 100% book this again in the future, if able!
The Loft was perfect. The location is amazing, the asthetic and design is amazing, the owners communicate quickly and well. There's nothing negative to say!
We even were able to add on an extra night during our stay super easily (we loved it that much!).
After a very long and challenging year, we really needed a little break to reconnect and to step away from our phones and our day to day lives.
We live about 30 minutes from downtown Fayetteville but never get down there much. Staying at The Loft was a great way to spend time in the area and we found a lot to do that we didn't know existed. We were able to spend quality time together and there were times we left our phones in the loft and it felt amazing to be free of them!
The best part may have been that we never had to drive anywhere after we checked in!
I definitely recommend downloading the Park mobile App. Someone else recommended it on here and it made parking a breeze!
The only thing that I can even think of that might be a downside for some is that it does require using stairs so it could be an issue for people with limited mobility.
Otherwise, If you're on the fence about this place, rent it! It's amazing!

We "lived" here for a week while our house was undergoing renovations. Because we stayed one week, we used every single amenity and can say that nothing was missed. The unit was exactly as pictured with modern and clean design and appliances. It was well appointed with everything from laundry detergent to K cups. The location was right in the heart of downtown, walkable to all the shops and restaurants. There is some noise but not enough to be bothersome. Parking is easily available on the street but can be challenging on Friday and Saturday nights. You will have to pay $1/hour for street parking during the week. Do yourself a favor and download the ParkMobile app. As for safety, we stayed here as a couple so felt pretty safe. However, if I were a woman alone, I would be leery of walking outside the unit after dark. It's just very dark and quiet on this street, which makes it nice to sleep but maybe a bit unnerving to walk alone as sometimes there are homeless/drunken people who may harass you for money. Communication with the owner was excellent. We need to add a few extra days to our stay. Carlos responded to my message and had the stay extended within an hour of my request. We can't say enough good things about this unit.

I lived in Fayetteville for 30 years and I left. I came back after 4 years for the holidays and found this beautiful property in the heart of downtown. It was a amazing stay, the only downfall is parking in the area.

This loft is well done in every way -- the layout is smart and functional; the decor beautiful; the furniture comfortable; it's an easy walk to many great restaurants and offices; and -- all together - it feels very warm & welcoming like a home instead of a sterile space. Really enjoyed our short stay in Fayetteville!
