Absolutely everything about this place is perfect, we loved it!
The staff are friendly and very accommodating, they go out of their way to make sure everything is right and that you are happy.
Rooms are luxurious, very well kept and really clean. The beds are extremely comfortable aswell 👌🏼

Restaurant food, decor and service was excellent
Broken bathroom door and AC not working in the room. Fans were provided as an alternative but still very warm.

Staff were good, atmosphere was good, peaceful, service was a little slow in restaurant but food came out quite swiftly
Service was slow in restaurant but food came out swiftly, special requests for partners birthday were not met in restaurant, our table for dinner was in the lounge and was quite loud and found it difficult to speak to my partner without being quite loud to each other due to background noise. Sauna and steam room were not working, and very little room to sit, couldn’t get seating or loungers for the time we was in the spa. So was disappointed with that.
