Rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

Breakfast on both days disappointing particularly on final morning when 4 out of 5 of our orders were completely wrong and staff not at all friendly.

The whole area, inside and out in the gardens was beautifully presented and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. I only booked The Woolpack for convenience geographically, but it’s the sort of inn we would be very happy to return to any time.

A beautiful re furbished ancient pub where everyone does their very best to make you welcome.

At the price it was not good value for money. The shower was tiny, though very powerful, the breakfast over cooked and the room no greater than average.
