Great Value for Money and good location, as it was what I was looking for. Staff were friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Internet connection works very well. For my next visit to Lisbon, I know where to stay.

Great location, comfortable bed, and aircon was great. I had everything I need for a one nights stay

Ok location
Good breakfast which was the best part of the hotel
My stay was very disappointing overall. The noise isolation was extremely poor, making it difficult to rest properly. I could hear somebody snoring from next door. The bathroom door didn’t close correctly. The carpet in the room was in a very dirty and unpleasant condition, and the pillows were outdated and uncomfortable.
When we asked for a spoon to eat a yoghurt, the staff refused, saying we were not allowed to take it to the room. The response from the restaurant staff was quite rude.
Parking costs £15 per day, and I have never been somewhere where you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
