Located in Lake Texoma, this charming house for $120 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our place is as close to Oklahoma City as any resort on the Oklahoma side of Texoma! Just 2 hours away! Spacious two-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath home in the quiet Sherwood Shores addition. 4 blocks from Sherwood Shores Beach. Full kitchen, 2-car carport, large outdoor fireplace, washer/ dryer. Patio with BBQ grille plus a screened in front porch. Two HDTVs with DVD players and nice selection of family-friendly movies. **** NO cable. NO phone. NO wi-fi.**** VRBO often automatically checks "WiFi" under amenities. It is a glitch in their system they have been unable to correct. Please disregard if WiFi is checked. Two queen beds, full bed and twin bed, plus full-size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 or up to 8 for additional fee. Not wheelchair accessible. Shady corner lot with large oak and pine trees. Minutes from Cedar Mills Marina, Cedar Bayou Marina and Juniper Point Recreation Area. Boat ramps, boat slips, pontoon boat rentals (Cedar Bayou Marina), canoe and kayak rentals and fishing guide services all available nearby. New MegaStar Casino just across bridge on Oklahoma side. For your convenience, up to 4 kayaks are available for rent at this property for very reasonable rates. 1 DOG LIMIT. $60 PET FEE. 2 DOGS CONSIDERED ON CASE-BY-CASE BASIS (ADDITIONAL FEE). Our stay was great as usual. My wife and I stayed here a little while back and really enjoyed the home. So we came back. Great lake cabin feel. Well stocked with the everyday essentials. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you Jim!

The location of the house was a bit challenging towing our 27’ boat with a big truck, but we managed. The house was accommodating and clean. The property owner was very nice and notified us immediately after booking the wrong property. Good thing we communicated beforehand of our plans and vehicles. Needless to say he helped us through the refund process and booking the right property. The marina was a couple miles away to launch your boat, rent a slip and dinning. It was a great time with friends!

My son, husband and I took a trip to the area to fish since the weather report was ok for the winter. This house was comfortable and well stocked. It had everything we needed. The outdoor patio was nice and we used the grill twice for our dinner. The enjoyed our stay.

This house is in a quaint little lake community within walking distance to the lake. The neighborhood has its own beach area with picnic tables and lots of trees for shade. The house was as expected, an older lake house, but was very spacious and accommodating. This rental was a great deal for the price. The only thing that I would consider a nuisance is the neighbor across the street has a rooster that crowed ALL night. But other than that this is a great place, we would stay again.

Our family of 4 - all adults - enjoyed our stay here. The description was accurate and house was clean. The owner had marked things well, such as light switches. We appreciated having the 3 bedrooms and a big table for playing games, and the variety of numerous DVDs was great. It would have been nice to have had more availability of groceries nearby, but that was our fault in not researching the area more.

The house is located right up the street from a little park that has little beach areas on the lake. The pictures on VRBO are probably from awhile ago...but, the beds are clean and comfortable. There was a bug problem in the cabinets were the dishes are kept so we didn't use them. Overall, the house worked well for our weekend.

This property worked for what we needed (4 friends, 2 small dogs). We were close to the lake and had a nice fire pit, grill, and yard to utilize. We were not made aware of the number of loud, barking dogs in the neighborhood, some of which even got out of their yards and ran up to us and our dogs. We also weren’t told there would be yard work done while we were at the house. Getting a knock on the door early in the morning and having people in the yard was definitely not ideal. The house is also old so it has a lot of quirks, some of which are inconvenient as a guest.

We stayed here two nights and loved it. It was the perfect weekend for my wife’s birthday get away. Everything you need is minutes away the lake included. Easy location to get to and great property owners. We are for sure a returning custumer.

This was a one time experience because I will never do it again. One of the beds was broken, Unfurtunaly been unexperiance I didn't notified the property manager so he blamed my family. He didn't return my deposit money. I don't think it was fair so for next time I prefer to stay on a hotel.

The property was fine and had everything we needed. Communication with the property owner was efficient. The challenge with Lake Texoma neighborhoods is the assortment of well-looked after properties and ones that are neglected. which leads to very average neighborhoods. This property it definitely above average compared to some of the neighbors!

The house has a really bad smell, a sewer or backed up septic vent smell, also when you flush one toilet the other one blows water up. When we opened up the curtains a lot of dust was flying in the air. The patio furniture was very dirty and the yard needed maintenance. Your home had all of the linens and towels and extras we needed but the smell makes it very uninviting. Thank you.
