Everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel made our wedding anniversary truly special and memorable. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, and the entire team took excellent care of us.
From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, respectful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was exceptional throughout our stay.
In my opinion, this hotel is above the standard we have experienced so far in Vietnam. The location was also very convenient and close to everything.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Exceptional Stay – Truly Outstanding Hospitality!
We had a wonderful stay at Acoustic Hotel Hanoi, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
I travel to several countries every year and have stayed at many hotels around the world, but the staff at Acoustic Hotel Hanoi are by far some of the best I have ever encountered. Their warmth, professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made our stay truly special.
A very special mention to Ms. Chau Anh and Ms. Kim, who were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their smiles and welcoming attitude made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
Thank you to the entire team, especially Chau Anh and Kim, for making our time in Hanoi so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Acoustic Hotel Hanoi to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️🇻🇳
