La piscine et le jacuzzi, la propreté et le confort de la chambre, la disposition des différentes chambres ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également très agréable et calme :)
Le petit-déjeuner était servi seulement à partir de 9h (information qui n’était déjà pas disponible en ligne) or nous devions partir avant 7h30 (grosse journée de vélo). On a demandé pour s’arranger avec le personnel afin d’avoir au moins un substitut de petit-déjeuner avant de pédaler, mais il n’a rien voulu faire, ce qui est étonnant sachant qu’on a ensuite vu qu’il y avait disposé des produits du petit-déjeuner dans la salle prévue. De plus ils ont peu de chambres et donc de clients, ce qui laisse plus de flexibilité pour le personnel, mais non ils n’ont rien à nous servir. On a donc dû payer un autre petit-déjeuner dans une ville 10km plus loin, en plus du prix du petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel qui a été payé, mais pas consommé. Dommage :(

Very hospitable property. We had a great stay - it felt like coming to our own country house. The heated outdoors pool was open the entire time, so we could swim at like 6 am and 10 pm, which was great. The BBQ is awesome, it's available to all guests (bring your own charcoal). Location is perfectly off-the-grid. Plenty of space.
Rooms are a bit on the older spectrum, not fancy - but this was our expectation and it's totally ok.

The staff were very professional, helpful, and kind. The location is quiet and beautiful. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy. It's a great base if you're working in the region, as we were. We loved the quinta's doggo :-)
The only thing I thought could be improved is the hot water — it takes a while to come through in the shower. It would also be useful to have access to a washing machine and dryer. Otherwise, the place is perfect.
