Perfect for two couples or a small family. Very good view of sunrise or sunset. Depends on which side of the property your room is located. Beach was well maintained. Beach service could have been better. Hardly ever any attendants to assist you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The patio offers a fantastic ocean view, which made for relaxing mornings and evenings. The unit is nicely furnished, and the beds and bedding were especially comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.There were a couple of minor downsides. The toaster didn’t work very well—it tended to burn toast on one side while leaving the other barely toasted. Also, the TV in the second bedroom is quite small.Overall, though, these were small issues compared to the positives, and we had a great stay!

I didn’t use the pool but everything was great. Walked the beach and found a place for a frozen drink. Easy access to washer dryer and no problem with it being busy. If you want a nice gym it’s a bit dated but that’s coming from someone that works out daily sonI notice old equipment. If that’s not important to you it will not be an issue. I will say there is a lot of construction at the place so with elevators shut down and construction workers walking the place you are not feeling as resort like. These might be small things but the stuff in hallways and at the entrance might annoy some. As far as the place it was great and in great shape, everything worked, was clean.

The beach was great. Saw dolphins every day. It was not crowded in May and the sand and water were beautiful. I should have read the description more closely. The place does not have a bar or restaurant on site, so you either cook or go out to eat, which required a 10-to-15-minute drive to the good restaurants at the harbor. Not a bad drive but it would have been nice to be able to walk to a restaurant.They have 2 elevators, side by side in the middle of the complex. Me and my wife were on the 5th floor and close to the beach, so it was better for us to just use the stairs. The only time we used the elevator was to bring up and down our luggage. One of the 2 elevators was broken as well but was fixed on the last day we were there.Great place for family vacation but not so much for a couple's getaway. We were there before school let out so it was not too busy but there was still a good number of children.All and all a good place to stay, but for me, next time in Destin Iwill look for a place with a restaurant or at least a small lunch time grill. I'm not big on cooking or making sandwiches. :)
