A tropical boater's and angler's paradise, this Key West styled luxury villa in Boca Grande boasts the best tarpon fishing in South Florida (as featured on ESPN). With tangerine sunsets glistening across the calm gulf waters, an afternoon boat ride is as easy as walking out your back door. Dolphin and manatee sightings are common. Deep water access, boat dock, nearby marina with fuel, bait and tackle shop, nearby waterfront restaurants and short boat ride to Cabbage Key (famous for Jimmy Buffet's 'Cheeseburger in Paradise'), make this large, spacious and well appointed villa your one stop vacation home away from home. Loved the property as usual. The home is wonderful and has everything you can imagine. If there is one small complain and it honestly has nothing to do with the home its the pool. Its is so hot that it really is not refreshing.

Beautiful property with a great location on the water by Gasparilla Marina. Perfect for boating and fishing. The townhouse was beautiful. Angler’s Club was a quiet location and we loved spending the week here. We have found our new favorite spot!

This was our first time back to Boca Grande in about five years. We have stayed in multiple places, in and outside of the Anglers Club community. This property is baby far our favorite. The location is perfect, with your boat right outside your back door. Folding my guide poles, I can back my trailer under the unit and still leave enough room for a second vehicle in the driveway (and don’t have to find a place to store your boat trailer!!!).
I was surprised that the condition of the unit was so good given the fact that it is rented pretty steadily. We appreciated the higher end finishes and that it has been well maintained.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to configure the rooms to sleep more adults. The master and downstairs bedrooms have queens, which is fine for couples, but you aren’t getting more than one adult male in there. The second bedroom upstairs has a twin (maybe increase to bunks?), and the futon in the den really make this set up good for four people (who aren’t couples). Other than than, there is plenty of room in the unit, and the three bathrooms are ample for larger groups.
Highly recommend…just come outside of tarpon season so the unit is available when I want to rent it!!!

We have a 24’ CC boat so parking the trailer under the house was impossible bc our trailer was to big. We parked it at a family’s members house. We would definitely stay here again. It was quiet and the local sheriffs boats are across the canal from you, just gives you peace of mind.

The location is great, we rented a boat from Gasparilla marina, and it was very convenient to many places on the inter coastal waterway, the gulf, and many beaches.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and we love the location. It is very convenient to all things in the area and being able to keep our boat outside the unit is great. The only challenges I would share are the intermittent WiFi issues and bad cell service, making WiFi even more important given today's need to be able to connect for email and tv streaming. There is only one TV in the house that is a "smart" tv and the other two, in upstairs bedrooms, are ancient & do not even have a HDMI port. There are also no televisions in the "den" and downstairs bedroom. So, if you're looking to unplug and disconnect from the world, you will be fine. If you need to work or let the kids play their games and watch tv, it may be difficult.

The location is great, we rented a boat from Gasparilla marina, and it was very convenient to many places on the inter coastal waterway, the gulf, and many beaches.
