This home features 3 brand new king size beds, sofa bed, large flat screen Smart TV , WiFi, a wood burning fireplace, A/C, and an overstocked kitchen. This property is quiet, private and safe. The back yard features a fenced and covered pet area so bring your well trained and happy dog or cat. A brick patio with outdoor dining, BBQ and a fire pit area to relax in the evening to view the star filled sky and hillside with ancient oaks and deer. Of course, there is more! You'll find a clean, bubbling hot tub waiting for you on the upper level of the backyard. Very Zen, luxurious and comfortable.

The house was as described. We really liked that the bedrooms all had king size beds. We also enjoyed the walk to downtown which we did many times. We would stay again.

Location was convenient and house was overall clean and good condition. Rooms were a nice size for everyone and the patio area and hot tub were a nice bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed. I also appreciated the limited to do list at checkout. Everyone agreed we'd be happy to stay here again!

We had a fabulous time here! The house was clean and the owner left a very nice note for us. One night we grilled and ate on the patio. Another night we lounged in the hot tub and watched the stars come out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. The location is great as you can walk to downtown Paso Robles easily from the house.

This is a great house for couples visiting wine country and enjoying a weekend away. We stayed with two other couples - perfect to have 3 bedrooms all with King beds. The house was well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, hot tub, BBQ, wood fire place. Exactly as listed. We look forward to coming back.

Our family including adult children and an intrepid terrier spent a comfortable long weekend together at "3 Kings". We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, hanging out around the fire pit, and walking downtown for a special dinner. Claire made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect visit!

Great house and exactly as shown on the listing! The house was clean and the check-in process was keyless, which was very convenient! We did not use the hot tub, but we did see the deer! The location was great as well. Thank you!

Our group of six (the Caper Crew) had a great stay at Claire’s amazing space! The home was roomy for the 6 of us, the back yard relaxing, the thoughtful details appreciated and the location perfect! Highly recommend the 3 Kjngs! (We felt like royalty!)

This is an older refurbished, repainted but not remodeled 3 BR 2 bath home. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, parking was easy. The appliances all worked. We did not use the TV. The AC worked great, thank goodness as we were there during a heat wave. We did not use the hot tub. There is a fire pit which I cannot imagine using as the lot behind and next door consists of dry grasses. Deer come out at night behind the back fence, so if you have a barker, be prepared. The back fence is not in good shape and I was worried our dog would get out but that did not happen. The check in email said the owner would meet us at the house with a key upon arrival. It turns out there is a key code. Fortunately we found out before we arrived so we didn't have to wait in the heat. The bedroom closest to the garage doesn't seem to get as cool as the other two. The light outside the front door is motion activated and turns on when it gets dark so it's hard to tell f it's set to "on" during the day. We would stay again. House was comfortable for the two of us and it was easy to get to everything.

Conveniently located at the bottom of Peachy Canyon, this nicely kept house is within reach of numerous wineries and downtown Paso. We appreciated the quiet location, and enjoyed watching the hawks and visiting deer in the backyard. The hot tub was a nice feature after a day of wine tasting and hiking.

Didn't Disappoint
The house was as advertised, it was great having the 3 king beds, good location to shopping and the downtown area and quick highway access. The house felt like home.

Every thing we needed
We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay together so we could cook together. Everything we needed was available and fairly easy to find. We had another family over for breakfast, plenty of room for all of us to sit and eat together. The hot tub was awesome and ready for us at checkin.

We loved that the dogs were home with their humans. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Claire is extraordinary! She is a great resource and so accommodating and communicative. We felt at home and like family instantly. We can’t wait to go back. So central to downtown and wineries!!!! Thanks Claire!

I was expecting a much smaller space from the pictures but the pictures really don't do the house justice when you see the high ceilings and how much space is in the rooms and closets. We would really like to come back and stay again as we really don't have complaints. The owner was very friendly and made clear we could text her should we need anything or had any questions.
