Located in Bay Lake, this lovely condo for $122 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. For our guests’ peace of mind, this property has incorporated enhanced cleaning and low-contact protocols. ABOUT THE SPACE The master bedroom offers a king bed with premium bedding. After a day in the parks, sink into the relaxing comfort of a soothing soak in the bathtub, located in the master bath. The queen-sized sofa-sleeper in the living area offers sleeping accommodations for two more people. An armoire with large, flat screen TV and DVD player provides down time entertainment. The kitchen offers a full-sized stove and oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster and blender. Tableware, cookware, utensils, cutlery, and necessary linens are all provided for your convenience. The second bedroom offers two twin-sized beds, also with premium bedding, bed table, and ceiling fan. Each bedroom provides a TV for individual viewing pleasure. ABOUT THE RESORT This relaxing resort boasts far more than a five-star location: a state-of-the-art fitness center, movie and DVD rentals, nature trails and walking paths winding away from the beautiful outdoor pools and simmering outdoor Jacuzzi- these are just a few of the wonderful amenities of this highly-rated resort. Take advantage of the peaceful atmosphere away from the noise and bustle of the nearby parks and relax poolside with a delicious drink or appetizer from the Pool Bar while the kids splash around in the Children’s Pool. Head over to the BBQ area in the early evening for a dinner grilling session with the family after a long day exploring the charm and excitement of Disney, or touring the magic of Harry Potter World. Dining options abound with a huge variety of restaurants just minutes from your cozy villa, but if you don’t want to spend all your money on restaurants, your gorgeous home away from home is equipped with a full kitchen and groceries can easily be gotten from the diverse selection of supermarkets less than a mile away. Kick back and relax, or challenge friends and family to a game on one of the many sports courts. Everything you need, anything you want- all of that and more is right here, waiting for you. Came in for the UCA Cheer Nationals. Wanted something close to ESPN Center. This place did not disappoint. Very clean. Great location. Easy to book and arrive/depart. Very roomy. The mattresses and pillow oh my, best yet for a rental. Would definitely recommend and hopefully Will he able to stay again

The property is older, but well maintained. The room was clean with obvious signs of wear and tear, which was fine for the price point. There are daily activities which was nice and the pool area and bar were well maintained.. Problems included, water temperature for showers was warm at best. Shower heads need replaced. All the Televisions need updated. Couch is very uncomfortable.

The condo was very nice and well furnished with all that we needed. It is very close to Disney (about as close as you can get and not be on property). All items needed to cook your own meals if desired.

We had a lovely stay in the impressive 2 bedroom condo. The listing through VRBO that states that there are nature trails on property. This is not true. The nature trail/boardwalk is not available and appears to have been in disrepair/closed for a long time already. This only slightly affected our stay but I thought I'd mention it in case you want to correct the listing. Other than that, the only other oddity was an employee leaving multiple voicemails with no reason why (even after I called back and left a voicemail requesting a reason) while we were attempting to enjoy our short vacation. She came across rude in her initial voicemail and gave me the impression that we had done something wrong. I called back and left her a voicemail informing her that I was at a theme park and may not hear the phone. I asked her to let me know why she was calling and I would do my best to accommodate her request upon my return to the condo. She called back again and left the same voicemail telling me to call her back but neglected to give a reason again. Stressful. I never found out what it was about. Even though my feedback above may suggest otherwise, we still enjoyed our time and appreciate the clean, spacious condo. This feedback is solely meant to help improve the overall guest experience. We came for a quick trip to Disney and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and just what we needed. Spacious master bath with large tub and separate shower. Our only complaint was that the garbage truck came at 5:30am and woke us up because it was so loud. Other than that our stay was wonderful! Very convenient location to the Disney parks.

Everyone was fabulous. The property was spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with a noisy neighbor and they took care of it right away. We were very pleased.

The deposit to the property as a separate charge on check-in was weird. The thermostat wouldn't go below 70. There were Cheerios on the bathroom floor from a previous stay. The place was nice but a bit dated. Good for the price.

The apartment was clean and tidy and had a decent selection of basic appliances and kitchenware. The interior was fairly 1990s-style; the master bath, for instance, had a giant soaking tub (not super useful) and a tiny shower. Note that the images in the listing are not necessarily the unit you will get -- ours did have more updated furnishings.
The only problem we had was that the a/c unit leaked a lot of water onto the floor, which maintenance was unable to fix. But we were there for only two days so it wasn't a large problem (they did offer to move us to another unit).
Overall the rental was clean and quiet, and fine for a convenient, no-frills, short stay very close to the parks -- only a 10-minute drive, which was terrific.

The toilet in the second bathroom flooded shortly after we were at our assigned room. Very disappointing. The maintenance person responded quickly and repaired the situation. However, we remained cautious of the plumbing.

$200 ADDITIONAL Deposit after you pay AND ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE RESORT FEES. They list their additional fees on the property listing, but it's clumped in to all the other amenities about the property, and I think it needs to be WAY more highlighted, so people know before they book (because I overlooked it when I booked it).
After you reserve your stay on Vrbo, you'll get an email asking for a copy of your driver's license before they will send you check-in instructions (don't love that).
We couldn't do contactless check-in, and had to go inside to pay the deposit and resort fees (resort fees are additional for each day of your stay).
Our hot water heater in the unit didn't work when we arrived, so we asked to move rooms within 30 minutes of check-in. They said we would have to wait for the morning for them to send someone to look at it. That wasn't an option, so I had to insist they switch our rooms. We saw them downstairs over the next couple days still working on the hot water heater, so thank goodness we were able to switch rooms.
On a positive note, the space was quite large if you need room for a group, and the staff was responsive. Location is close to Disney and Universal.
With the mandatory fees on top of what we paid for the rental on Vrbo, I recommend finding another location.

The property was clean and everyone was nice. But…the inside needs some serious updating, furniture is extremely old and worn. Only a couch and one chair in the living room - we had 4 people and 1 of us sat on a kitchen chair.

We had a lovely stay. Our check in was fast, which was good because we were exhausted from our travels. The unit was clean and updated. There was the tiniest bit of cosmetic maintenance that could have been done but as a whole, we loved the unit. It was spacious and clean. The area was quiet yet near a bunch of places. We enjoyed Flipper's Pizza which delivered there but were also able to utilize the kitchen that was there. We walked around the property to look at the amenities. The volleyball was tucked away, but the other things were easy to find. There were a lot of things to do. The only thing that puzzled us was that the pictures show a sort of boardwalk nature trail, but both ends of it are sealed off, so nobody can walk on it. That was just odd. Other than that, we had a lovely stay. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to others! :)

We were a group of friends with one seven year old who rented this property for a week. The exterior of the condos and the grounds were really clean and well organized. The staff is great. The location is super convenient for Disney and 20-30 mins from MCO, downtown and Universal. Of course in Orlando everything depends on traffic. The 2Br/2Ba layout of the condo worked well for our group, we enjoyed the small kitchen and laundry and the property was nice and quiet. The condo had obviously been well cleaned right before we arrived but it is in serious need of some updating. The carpets are grimy, the back bedroom smelled heavily of mold and the sofa was pretty gross. It was visibly stained and sagging. My socks were filthy after walking around on the carpets :(
BUT the price is right and we were comfortable in spite of the age and shabbiness. We were spending most of our time out and about. At no time did we feel like killing time at the condo however. If your travels require you to be on a budget and you’re going to be only using the condo for sleeping and making breakfast, you won’t be disappointed.

Close to WDW parks…10 minute or less drive. Clean and spacious. It has a great pool area. The front desk attendant, Diego, was considerate and efficient. We highly recommend this property and would book again.

We had a great time staying here. Nice pool and other amenities. Convenient location to Disney parks and shopping. We will stay here again, but need to request a 1st floor unit next time since it’s difficult to carry luggage up steps to 3rd floor.
