Would probably stay again

Lots of different pools, restaurants and things to do. Large kitchen in the room

Air conditioner in the unit was VERY loud. Even with sound machines on it could be heard. Twice we had cleaning staff walk in unannounced, once while changing. The front desk was very apologetic and tried to remedy the situation but felt a little uneasy.

I was told via phone from the room that I could check out a day earlier, she said not problem, I will make a note on your account, you will refund within 5 to 7 days of checkout. Next morning, I check out, front desk says their is no note, but when she sends the checkout date to booking.com it will be adjusted. Ask for a receipt, she could only print a scrambled copy, she said it would be emailed. I checked no email, she then said it will be emailed tomorrow, I said why I'm checking out today, she said it shows that on the account, still no receipt or refund for the last day that I did not stay.

Great stay for families

Very spacious and the suite has everything you need for family stay, including washer/dryer and full-equipped kitchen.

AC is noisy and the toilet runs water for a long period.

Spacious and clean.

Coffee pot was dirty & outdated, we didnt get extra bedding for the sofa sleeper. The workers cleaning outside were loud at 7am with the leaf blower , not allowing us to sleep in on our vacation. The tower next door was under construction and the worker's tools and yelling was disruptive at 7am.

We enjoyed the pool and how close the resort was to everything.

It was close to everything. The pool temperature was perfect.

The room had a funky smell. We had to by a air freshener. There were dirty socks left in the room… I’m assuming from the prior guests. There was no one at the towel desk at the pool and no towels to be found on more than one occasion.

no room service at all, no help, food at restaurants was not good, no service at the pool. looked more like an airbnb than a hotel

Overall, great location and comfortable stay

Loved the location and the room was beautiful! Plenty of space for my family of 6. Also nice pool and lounge area for members that didn’t go to Disney.

Wifi connection was horrible. In you plan to work from the location, be sure to bring your hot spot

not family friendly due to drinking in pool

great location good to be able to self cater

despite the rules loads of alcohol being drunk in the pools and nothing done by staff to stop this and we felt quite intimidated at 3pm on first afternoon at drunk couple seemed to take over the whole pool whilst playing very loud music on their own portable speaker which clashed against the hotel played music and caused us to leave as they were shouting a lot. people were constantly drinking alcohol in the pool throughout our stay so it is clear the rules are never enforced despite there being plenty of staff around cleaning pools etc

the front desk staff were amazing, I would like to thank Francisco and Saleh from the front desk, the customer service was phenomenal. and I would like to thank Obada from the sales team he was very patient and professional with excellent customer service.

the rooms key got disconnected sometimes and won’t open the room or access between towers

I don’t like to stay in the same resort twice but we’ll definitely be back!

Loved how close it is to Disney! Very clean!

There wasn’t vending machines on each floor.
