I used to really like the breakfast, but they changed it. They took away the coxinhas, churros, pão de queijo, and even the waffles.
In addition to removing almost all the things we used to enjoy at breakfast, which was actually one of the main reasons I chose to stay at this hotel, the service has also changed significantly.
If you need extra towels, you have to go down to the lobby to get them. They no longer bring them up to your room, as is standard at most hotels. Our reservation was for four people, but there were only three towels available in the room. When I asked for an extra towel, I had to go downstairs to pick it up myself. The same thing happened with the pillows — I needed extra pillows and had to go downstairs to get them as well.
I really used to love this hotel, but unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. So many of the things we enjoyed have changed, and the overall experience was not what it used to be. I’m honestly not sure if I will stay here again.

The staff were all great, cheerful and very helpful. Particularly the lady in charge of the cafeteria, the front desk personnel and the room service crew.
The hotel can do better with general ambiance especially of the lobby, and hall ways. I notice carpet in the hallway of the 4th floor are worn out and there was a damp odor from same location.
In addition, being in close proximity to the Disney world, I will recommend a tourist guide/services desk or agency to assists tourist with securing better travel deals and ideas.

Well in the quality price the only drawback was the air that never cooled we let the administration know But it did not improve, otherwise very clean comfortable and very central
