Our home sleeps four people with a private bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and the living room couch, which pulls out to a cozy queen. We’ve kept our condo up-to-date with a new coat of paint, recently installed flooring, a newly built shower in our spacious bathroom, and a washer/dryer added for your convenience. Work remotely in the office of your dreams with ocean views from the lanai or dining room. Take a dip in the Kamahana pool and relax on the chaise lounge with a good book on your lunch break. With free WiFi, cable, and a 54” flat-screen TV, staying in can be enjoyable, too. Please note: Kamahana Condos have a step-up at the front door and Lanai entries and thus, may have limitations for handicapped access. NEARBY BEACHES: North Shore beaches to the East (in order of distance away) include: Anini Beach, Kalihiwai Bay, Secret Beach, and Rock Quarry Beach. To the West include Hidden Beach, Hanalei Bay, Lumahi Beach, Wainiha Beach, Tunnels Beach, and Ke’e Beach. There are also beaches on the East and South Shores of the island as well. Kalalau Trail rewards you with views of Kalalau Beach along the way. (For very experienced hikers!) The Sleeping Giant is another great hike to take in the views. Don’t forget to check out the waterfall at Waimea Canyon, Hawaii's "Grand Canyon.” SHOP & EAT: Nearby shopping, fine dining, and groceries in the Princeville Marketplace and the town of Hanalei can give you a taste of true Hawaiian culture.

One bedroom property on a golf course. Short walk to a bluff with a beautiful view. No air conditioning in the unit which we were initially concerned about, but the space had good air flow that kept the temperature in a good range. Happy with the stay and we would stay there again.

This place was phenomenal!! We loved the location, ability to watch the sunsets and sun rises from the golf course, everything was very nice and comfortable in the condo, neighbors were super nice, and how quite it was!! Easton get to all the beauty on the island!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Doug & Cheryl's condo. It was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed breakfast and grilling a few dinners on the lanai. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we just bought groceries and we were good to go. We are sad to go but looking forward to booking again in the future!

My husband and I had the most wonderful VRBO experience at this property! Cheryll & Doug are excellent hosts. We loved our sunrises sipping coffee on the lanai, watching the albatross, geese, and chickens. The sand chairs, picnic stuff, and boogie boards made beach time extra great. Such a perfect location and we will definitely return. Mahalo!

It was wonderful to wake up every morning to sunrises, watching Albatross and Nenes and taking morning/evening walks on the golf course. As avid golfers, we loved watching other golfers tee off from the 15th right from the patio. The views are amazing. What a great location to stay at in northern Kauai.

Bed needs replacing
We would rate this property a solid 5 stars if it had a good quality bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the condo. It is fresh and clean with a great location, beautiful views and wonderful sunrises. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Good collection of Hawaiin music, good sound system and TV. The bathroom has a nice new shower big enough for two. No mold, no dust....spotless! With a good bed this property would be exceptional value. Sadly, however, unless the bed is upgraded we cannot stay here again.

I rented this unit for 4 weeks and absolutely loved it. The space itself is very large and view is stunning. It's right on the golf course so you can walk around by the water. Great value for your $. The kitchen was super well stocked with every pot/pan/utensil you could need. Location is fantastic as well.
My only complaint is that the condo is in need of an upgrade. The furniture is old and worn down, the screens have cracks in them, the curtains are janky. The unit itself was also not that clean when I arrived and after some allergy concerns, the owner was really nice and sent someone to wipe down the screens.

Great location. ........loved the Albatrosses!
This condo has a terrific layout. Lovely lanai overlooking the golf course and a short walk to the ocean overlooks. Ceiling fans work great so no need for A/C. One mile walk to Westin if you want a restaurant meal in a lovely setting. Princeville Center a few minutes drive and a grocery store, gas station and more. Hanalei close by, too.

Disapointing discoveries
The condo was located nicely and seemed open and light. Inspecting the bathroom we found no vent and the tub was not clean enough to use, that was disappointing. Then I kept sneezing and getting stuffy and finally discovered the couch was very moldy smelling as were the chairs. A humidifier would have solved that and a good deep cleaning. The couch should go. The kitchen was clean and neat as was the bedding and bedroom. I would not visit again as I could not relax with my allergies kicked up. Mitzi

Clean. Comfortable and Convenient
This was our first trip to Kauai and our first time using VRBO and both were fabulous. The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything that we wanted to do. The location was quiet and the view was postcard perfect. The unit was well stocked with all the comforts of home and we hope that this condo will be available when we plan our next trip to Kauai. Everything was explained well and in a beautiful setting. Very nice condo.
The condo looks out onto the ocean over the fairway of the golf course. The morning breakfast on the patio watching the golf grounds crew and later the golfers was a great treat. This condo is a nice size for two people and is well equipped. Thanks for renting this condo to us, we had a great time.

Gorgeous view of the ocean bluff
Clean, quiet, and comfortable! We used the fully stocked kitchen for breakfast and a few dinners to help save on costs. There is convenient shopping and lots to do nearby. The view out the back is stunning, but we spent the majority of our time out exploring the island (which was incredible). There is a closet full of beach amenities. The Andersons are responsive hosts and the condo perfectly suited out needs!

Perfect choice for us!
We were looking for a nice place for our 10th anniversary and didn't really want to go the fancy resort route. The condo was positioned between the Westin and the St. Regis with a view of the ocean across a quiet golf course. We had a great lanai that we could sit on and see new friends like roosters (they do crow alot which is quite comical) and the endangered nenes (State Bird of Hawaii) show up on a regular basis. Too fun! Plumeria would drop off the trees and I loved to bring it inside for the coffee table because it is so fragrant. Everything about the condo was lovely and we had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was convenient and the Princeville shopping center is very close to pop into often. It is nice to be able to purchase things that are locally made like from the Island Soap and Candle Works. Lots of upscale shopping and farmers markets in the little towns nearby but I would also recommend renting a car and going to Waimea Canyon to some of the lookouts and do not miss the Spouting Horn. Both are just spectacular as was our helicopter ride with Blue Hawaiian! There is plenty to do in the area and we could have stayed for another week easily. The lighthouse with the bird sanctuary is another beautiful bit of nature to enjoy for sure. Really makes you appreciate natural beauty, endangered species and how we need to take care of Mother Earth! Speaking of which it's also fun to go listen to the McMaster slack key guitar events because they play beautiful music and talk about the Hawaiian culture as well. We would love to go back to this exact condo again which was roomy, airy and pretty! There is is some equipment for those that are adventurous and lots of brochures and books about Hawaii to help you figure out what you want to do as well. It was also fun to read the guest book and follow up on some recommendations of others! We really took advantage of the view from the cliffs and would walk over with coffee in the mornings and beverages for sunsets. Cheers! Edith Davis

The place was very nice with gorgeous views from the patio! You could even see the sunrise in bed if you left the bedroom door open! Was in a great location to explore the north side of the island (and not a terrible drive to south).

Great, efficient place in a beautiful location
My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon, and we really enjoyed all the amenities the place had to offer. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed using the pool. The place was clean and comfortable. Queen’s Bath is very close, and the cute town of Hanalei is a short drive away. Greg was very helpful, as was the condo manager- they offered to let us use the place an extra day when a hurricane was approaching, and luckily we were able to leave before that was necessary but we were really appreciative of their offer!

We uncovered a little hidden paradise in Princeville. We highly recommend it.
We’ve been coming to Kauai for 8 years in a row. In fact, we own a time share and wanted to extend our stay, so we took a chance and selected this wonderful place. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the lanai watching the ocean, feeling the morning breeze and enjoying the nene’s around us. The hosts stocked the place with lots of amenities. We recommend it and look to come back. One slight warning: the managing agent uses a strange email address. His emails went directly to spam. His email address: golfvino. Aloha till next time and a big mahalo to the hosts.
