This place was nearly perfect! The location was amazing! Not a crowded beach, at all. Also has a very short walk to the beach. The one and only complaint we had was the beds. Both beds were unbearable. Luckily the couch was, also the patio furniture was so comfortable that we slept on those as well. I highly recommend this place!

Checkin was smooth and the condo was exactly as advertised. Since it rained the first two mornings, we just relaxed until it cleared. The beach acesability was convenient. . Further removed from busier areas which was nice.

We stayed three glorious weeks ! The condo was roomy, clean, up-to-date, and well equipped with linens and a well stocked kitchen. The balcony included two loungers and a 4 seat high top table. The views were spectacular. The property management were very easy to work with and communicated well. We would love to come back.

This was a great place to rent for sure. Clean and the pictures are accurate. The property management were very quick to respond to the WiFi issues and the leaky water supply in the master bathroom. Couldn’t say a bad thing about the unit.

We stayed for our spring break and brought our young kids to enjoy the beach. Being right on the beach was fantastic and the area was very quiet. House was in great condition and had the items we needed. Overall we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The condo was gorgeous, the decor was perfect and the views were stunning. We had an amazing stay. Just a heads up for future guests, there are no basic pantry items (salt/pepper, oil, seasonings, ect.) and limited pots/pans. So, if you plan on cooking in at all you will need to provide them. We definitely recommend this condo, it is as cosy as it is beautiful!!

We came to this condo to celebrate my 40th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was just as pictured...or even better! It was more spacious than the pictures showed which was an added bonus! I can't say enough about the property management company...they were amazing! We communicated through text messages the whole week. The first day we noticed the fridge was not cooling as it should...they sent someone right out. A few days later my son got sick and they sent housekeeping right out to give us fresh bed linens. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were looking for a beautiful beach but away from the regular touristy, spring break crowd and this was exactly that. Plenty of room on the beach because it is not packed with tons of resort/rentals on this strip. The Condo is homey and inviting from the living space to the bedrooms. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!

Maid service needs to improve, our feet were black on the bottom after walking in condo bare feet. Kitchen countertops, sink and faucet need replacing. It does not qualify to be called "luxury condo"

We loved the condo. It was decorated very nice. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony view was amazing. We saw dolphins almost every morning. If I had to say anything bad, I would say that the condo security was lacking compared to previous condos we have stayed, but everything was fine. And the dryer squeaked so we just dried our clothes when we went to the beach. Overall, we had a great week and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location that is not in the chaos but close enough to everything you need.

Will find a different complex next time

Windmere owners and management absent. The mattress in the master is old and has permanent indents, the dryer was broken and the maintenance came 3 days in a row to fix it. We were left with 1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom, single use pack of dishwasher soap, travel small bottle of dish detergent, and 1 extra trash bag for a 5 day stay and 6 people. We had to purchase all those :/ in addition the pool was dirty. Other guests were throwing food in, one kid pooped in the hot tub left unattended by his parents, and there was vomit on a pole there for 2 days. The complex needs people paying attention to guests and their needs. We had a great vacation but will stay in better managed complex next year.

The condo was great. The beds are very comfortable! We loved the lounges on the balcony, especially with the cooler than normal temperatures. The keypad entry system was so so nice. We struggle with keys, we misplace them on a regular basis. I really like renting through LCV. They go above and beyond. They happily answer all of my questions, respond faster than any other rental company, and are flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend renting through them.
