ProsHousekeeping does an exceptional job. House was spotless, huge on cleanliness. Linens, showers, kitchen, fridge, all, super clean. Master bed was comfortable.(only used master)The view was THE BEST. Proximity to beach access was right as you walk out your door. Parking was never a problem as there is a spot for each unit. Location, magnificent. Surrounded by food, ice cream, gift shops. We suggest Connellys, Sunset Grille, May Day and Salt Life-all great places that catered to my gluten free diet due to celiac disease. ConsWe experienced some issues with AC that was fixed the next day as we arrived late the 1st night. Techs brought in portable AC units, the one in our room leaked water (on carpet) that gave the room a nasty mildew sour smell - as well as walking in the unit the musty odor is strong. Master bath has a sewage smell and shower pressure in hall bathroom isn't very strong. We never used the master shower.The musty odor was so bad that two weeks later my purse and luggae still smell. I also had to rewash all of our laundry twice.The beach chairs are all broken, and no beach towels provided.I messaged twice about the portable leaking and the very strong smell. Id stay again if odor was gone.Helpful hintsBottled water would have been a nice provision and some basic condiments besides salt and pepper. Beach towels and replace broken chairs.

We enjoyed our stay overall! The condo was nice, in a great area, and being right on the beach was definitely the highlight. The location made everything super convenient and we had a great time.

Overall, Poor kitchen amenities. Stove burners all uneven. All skillets in poor condition. No baking pan. 1 garbage bag only. Too few towels and wash clothes. Beach chairs and umbrella were broken and unusable. Bird nesting on balcony rafters. Screen door missing. Door code numbers are worn m as king it obvious what the code is.
