Zhibo’s place was lovely. It was very clean, spacious, and served our needs perfectly. He was so nice to deal with and promptly took care of a small issue we had with a tv remote. We loved the location of the condo as well. There are bike and walking paths right out the door and grocery shopping and a few places to eat nearby. Since it’s located so close to family, we hope to have a return stay.

Close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and trail heads. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was very quiet! Great stay!

My three sisters and sister-in-law were able to stay together comfortably and were able to get to CSU to watch our great niece play volleyball! We had all the amenities of comfort and home!

We have stayed at several vrbo properties all over the US and this was, by far, one of the best. Fabulous location, very clean, we used the garage, everything was updated and the kitchen was loaded with everything I needed to cook, which I love doing. We used the grill several times and found it more than sufficient. We felt safe in this lovely neighborhood and the property manager was excellent to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to the wonderful state of Colorado. Thank you for a wonderful vacation knowing we had a great place to go home to every evening.

We stayed at this property for three nights. It was clean, well organized and kitchen was well stocked. I made our dinners and breakfasts here and there was nothing that I needed that the kitchen didn’t have. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet. We were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. There is only only one thing that would’ve made it even better: black out curtains in the upstairs bedrooms. The downside (if you can even call it that) of it being a safe, well-lit location is there are a lot of street lights outside. However, it didn’t prevent me from sleeping nor would it prevent me from booking this place again. It was awesome!

This home was perfect for 3 couples! It was very nice to have 3 bedrooms with bathrooms! The beds were very comfortable and location excellent! Having a grocery store very close was handy! It made our stay in Fort Collins even better!!

We were in town for an extended stay awaiting the birth of a grandchild. The owner is very responsive and her place is spotless and very comfortable. Having the garage is a real bonus in the winter. We will be back!

This house served my son's family very well with a minor exception. The downstairs bedroom is very cold and would not have worked for anyone except my grandson who can sleep through anything. The house was very pretty and clean, and the owners kept in contact regularly to see how we were doing. I would recommend the house to any future guests.

Perfect setup for four adults. The neighborhood was very nice, and the condo had everything we needed for our three night stay. Communication with owner was very fast, and we were provided clear instructions from the moment we booked through the time we checked out.

We have stayed for 19 nights in July 2022. The wifi connection works. The property description is correct. The kitchen is fully functional. The neighborhood is safe. The owner made significant efforts to transform our vacation into a wonderful experience.

Cute neighborhood, lots of things to do. It was clean and comfortable.

A/C seemed to be difficult to regulate. Thermostat faces the direction the sun comes in in the morning. A/C was going on constantly because of the sun . Very bright sun comes thru the windows in the morning hard to sit and eat breakfast at the table. Had to wear sunglasses.

Loved it! Parking a larger full-size SUV doesn't fit in garage, road parking is awful however could've just been the time of year & alot of visitors to the non vrbo units.

I normally do not write reviews but I had to in this case. First the townhouse was spotless! They had everything you needed. Plenty of fresh linens and towels. Kitchen was stocked! The townhouse was in
a perfect location. The owner was very responsive and we had no issues. Very safe neighborhood. Great washer and dryer as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this house. We will book it again on our next trip to Colorado! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay at Rigden farm! We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. Loved the location and ease of getting places. The communication was quick and easy and they were very flexible. I will definitely stay here aagain! Thank you

A Versatile Space in a Great Location
This property could sleep a variety of ages and genders. It is located in wonderful Fort Collins with easy access to parks of the region and within an hour’s reach of Denver, Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park. We even drove north to the Snowy Mts. Near Laramie, Wy for a day’s hike! The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The manager left clear instructions for its use. Everyone in our group was well pleased.

Fantastic Ft Collins spot!
Pretty easy to find, this nicely done 3 bedroom condo is 3 blocks from groceries and shopping strip. There is a walking path right out back and the neighborhood is clean and safe. Everything was very well stocked, even soap and shampoo were furnished, which was really nice. Instructions were clear and easy. We had to kill a lot of spiders, that is my only negative. Appliances were top of line and beds were comfy. I think the walls are super thick, we never heard any neighbors even though we saw them! This is a great spot to stay while enjoying all the fun stuff Ft Collins offers!

Wonderful stay
The condo was beautiful with plenty of room for all of us! Lots of stairs, so if you have issues with knees or the like, this property is not for you, but we loved the separation of living area and bedrooms and the neat basement efficiency apartment style room.

Another great stay
This is an excellent property in a great location. The owner pays attention to detail and provides lots of good information about the property. You can turn on the fireplace with the flick of a switch and the amazing washing machine can do a week’s of laundry in one load! We will be back!

Excellent property
We enjoyed our one month stay after the birth of our grandson. The townhouse is well located near shopping and walking paths. The kitchen is very well equipped and having access to the two car garage and bikes was very nice. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Road Trip 2020 CSU Move In
This townhome fit perfectly for our family. There were 5 of us, 3 adults plus 2 teens. Great location to my daughters off campus apartment. Beautiful area. After 4 days of driving and sight seeing from Oregon to Colorado, we truly appreciated the 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great VRBO
This VRBO was clean, with a great location and the manager was very helpful. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was nice as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Not the cleanest
Good location. But it was not clean at all. Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty floors. Hair in the shower, bed sheets(clumps of hair), dusty. Seems like it hadn’t been touched since before covid-19 pandemic started back in March. FYI- dishwasher smelled like burnt toast when turned on.
