Den has cathedral ceilings, stone gas fireplace, Smart TV with cable. Dining room has a wall of windows with a view of the mountains. The kitchen has sunny windows and granite countertops. The ground floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom with stall shower. The bedrooms on this floor include one queen, a set of bunk beds, and a daybed in a room with a tv and a door to the backyard. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The second floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, window with a view and a master-bath with steam shower and soaking tub. House had everything we needed and more. Great location to walk to the gondola for skiing or to walk downtown to the shops. Plenty of parking and a fenced in backyard for the kids to play was also a plus. The host was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great. Super easy to get to the shops, the restaurants, ski rentals, and gondola. The owner made it very easy upon arrival- everything was very clean and in working condition. Great small kitchen- we were able to cook meals for 6 of us no problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Our entire group loved this place and will return.

This property is everything that was described. We had 8 adults and a 10 month old infant and there was enough room for all of us. The house is in a great location, you can walk to town and you can also walk to the sky lifts. I highly recommend this property.

We walked most places. Large backyard, we stayed Christmas week and the amount of snow was fantastic. Great restaurants walking distance. Parking in Breck is a challenge, so the location was perfect

We liked the property. She had it decorated just enough. The Christmas decorations a nice touch. Especially since both my boys are pilots and usually fly Christmas. We live Denver, PA and FL so it was nice to be together. Our only negative was Breckenridge was really cold

Excellent location. Walking distance to Main Street. The house was accommodating for 12 people with 5 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. The view of the snow covered mountains was breathtaking!

My family and friends (all adults) stayed at this wonderful property. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The property was awesome and a short walk to main street. The walk to the gondola and end of the ski run was .3 miles away from the house, which was fine in snowboard boots. 5 stars!

Plenty of room in this house for . your skis, bags. food and people. Well stocked kitchen made cooking a joy. Using the garage for ski and boot storage overnight left all the mess out there and even more room in the house for enjoyment. We will return on our next ski trip to Breck

This house is perfect for groups of 10-12. Plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms are a huge plus. Large garage and driveway are a bonus for groups with multiple cars. Hot tub will fit 4 adults comfortably, can squeeze in 5, but will be tight. A short walk to main street and gondola. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great property for my family of six and my parents! We’ve stayed in many rental homes and I can easily say this was the best stocked, by far. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner for 8, they provided laundry soap (which rarely happens), there were tissues, extra tp, paper towels and humidifiers (which were super appreciated as we weren’t used to the dry air). The gas fireplace was wonderful after a cold day on the slopes, as was the hot tub. Plenty of space to spread out or all have a meal together. It was an easy and short walk downtown to shops and restaurants. The Breck Connect gondola is a 5 minute walk or if your lucky enough to have a chauffeuring grandma, you can be dropped off in 2 minutes! We had a little mix up with getting our keys to check in, but Pamela was able to get the situations sorted out quickly, which was greatly appreciated. I would denfitnely recommend!

House worked well for our group - 2 couples, 1 single adult and a family of 4 with 2 young children. Communication and check in was easy. Easy walk to Main Street Walkable to gondola but a bit farther than we would have liked, especially in ski boots in the ice and snow. Too far for a 5 year old with gear. Hot tub and steam shower very nice after a cold day. Overall a great stay. Would book again.
