Nestled in Spring Valley, this charming house for $1,149 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. A stunning private 5200 square foot custom home is on a half acre 10 minutes to the Strip! Recently remodeled, new furniture and beds. Two very large master bedrooms, walk-in closets, flat screen televisions and more! The main Master has a jacuzzi tub, fireplace and a separate entrance for additional privacy. All of the bedrooms are huge. The backyard has a swimming pool, hot tub, waterfall, fire pit, fire table and grill. Large gorgeous chef's kitchen, WiFi and sound system throughout the home and more. This house is not in a typical residential neighborhood with houses on top of you, this is custom community with half acre lots or larger, very few neighbors. Do not be fooled by these cramped track homes with tiny bedrooms and photoshopped pictures, this is the real thing with huge rooms and high ceilings . From the moment you walk on the property you realize the possibilities of comfortably relaxing, cooking and entertaining. WiFi is available and the whole house (inside and out) offers a sound system, allowing you the opportunity to connect your music devices. The chef's kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook at home...just one trip to the nearby grocery store for fresh and specialty items is all that's required. We provide glassware, stemware, flatware, dishes, multiple pots and pans (including roasting pan), serving platters and bowls, bakeware, utensils, gadgets, plasticware for storing left-overs, plastic wrap, foil and built-in wine rack. Additionally we provide herbs and spices, and the refrigerator is loaded with condiments. Also available are Ninja blender, Cuisinart 14-cup coffee maker, crock pot, and rice cooker. All major appliances are upgraded, including an oversized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. The two large dining tables inside can accommodate up to 16 people. The living and family rooms offer lots of seating and space to relax and enjoy time with your friends and family. Your outdoor entertaining options include BBQ grill, poolside dining with seating for up to 22 people, outdoor living room, and covered patio with ceiling fans and lights. The pool and spa are heated so you can enjoy our lovely weather day and night. The pool is heated free with solar. In the winter months the pool may not be warm enough and you have the option to heat the pool with propane for an additional fee. The spa is always free. We provide chaise lounge chairs plus extra chairs and pool towels. You can also gather around one of two fire pits, wood-burning and gas fire pits if the nights get chilly. Sleeping Accommodations: Bedroom 1 – Downstairs Master Suite - 1 Cal King bed, sitting area with brand new sleeper sofa, fireplace, 50” smart TV, private entrance from the pool, huge his/hers walk-in closets, and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate double-head shower Bedroom 2 – Upstairs Master Suite - 1 brand new King bed, sitting area with brand new sleeper-sofa, chaise lounge, 50” smart TV, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom Bedroom 3 - 2 brand new King beds, 50” smart TV, shared bathroom Bedroom 4 - 1 brand new King bed, shared bathroom Bedroom 5- Brand new luxurious sofa sleeper. Loft/Bedroom 6 – 2 Queens (brand new sleeper sofas), shared bathroom Note: All bedrooms have hardwood floors to minimize dust and allergens. All bathrooms stocked with towels, hair dryer, premium shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Game room includes, Pool Table, Ping Pong table, Foosball, Nintendo 64, XBOX, Wii, Playstation 2, board games. Also Noteworthy: Driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars with extra parking available in the cul-de-sac The house is conveniently located to the freeway, minutes from the strip, close to dining and shopping. There is a Vons grocery store 4 minutes away (1.7 miles) and a large shopping center 5 miles away with a Walmart, Sam's Club and more. There is also a Costco 11 miles away via freeway. Security cameras are provided outside the house for your safety and protection.

Property Manager was responsive to our concerns about heat setting to raise the temperature, drain in master bedroom shower was slow and light bulb needed replacement in upstairs bedroom.
Master bedroom bathroom facilities are shared with adjoining bedroom which is not always accessible at time needed by occupants.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house.

Dan the host was wonderful to work with. He called ahead of time to ask if we had any special requests. He also called periodically to make sure everything was perfect. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The location was perfect for us. Close to everything but not too close to the strip which we like. I highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be back soon

The house was in a great location and very clean. We asked for early entrance and that was able to happen. This helped us a lot. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked.
The master bedroom and family room needed the fireplaces for heat. THe temp was at 69*, we had asked for 72-73 which was within their temperature perameters, and that was never done. The floors were cold and we did use the fireplaces.
ALso two of the suites on the main floor shared a master bathroom. A little trickey but we made it work.
Everyone had an enjoyable time and we all had lots of room. The hot tub was small but nice for 2-3 people.
Also wording in contract stated that charge for heating the pool was $150. but a text said $150. per day. A big difference for a 6 day stay. So we chose not to do that.

Sometimes the reviews seem too good to be true, but the house definitely lived up to expectations and so much more. We had a group of 12 with range of ages from 15 to 70 and had plenty of room. The beds including the sleeper sofas are extremely comfortable and plenty of towels and beach towels are provided. The house is even better in person when compared to pictures and is in a nice quiet area when you want to leave the busy Las Vegas Strip. We were able to Uber back and forth at night with no issues. Dan is in constant communication to make sure the stay is going smoothly and quickly acts if any unexpected issues arise. He was able to accommodate an early check in which was nice after long day of travel. We even met the charming neighbor that lives across the street. Would definitely suggest heating the pool in the winter months as it is nice to go from the Spa back to the pool at night. The only thing not clear from the pictures (but is somewhat indicated in the listing) is the downstairs master shares a bathroom with the Double King bedroom downstairs. No real downside as there was plenty of room for five of use to get ready each day. Most of the rooms also have huge walk in closets with many hangers and drawers provided. I would recommend booking this house for any large group and someone from my group is already considering a future booking of her own.

This was our second time staying at the house, and it was somehow even better than the first! The house had plenty of space for the 12 of us and is in great shape and kept up incredibly well. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything our group needed. The layout with the upstairs loft with the pool table allows for spreading out without feeling crowded. Maybe my favorite feature is the backyard. Lots of space to spread out and plenty of chairs and loungers. A few of the braver folks from our group used the pool (we didn't heat it), but we all got great use out of the hot tub. Dan's a terrific host and super responsive on any questions. Location in Summerlin is also super conventient with nearby access to grocery stores and restaurants - and just short Uber to the Strip. For golfers, there's also a nice course less than 5 minutes (Rhodes Ranch). Because the house is on the corner and not crowded in by other houses, it also adds some privacy. We'll be back!

We stayed in this home for 4 nights and had 20 guests. The listing was almost exactly as listed! And it was so nice that with 20 guests in the house that you’d never know it since there was so much room. We stayed for my daughter’s wedding with friends and family who attended. Dan was gracious enough to allow a reception at the house afterwards with an additional cleaning fee. Everyone loved the outdoor area with pool spa, and corn hole. Also the game room was a big hit throughout the weekend. The house was stocked nicely with everything listed. The view of the house was absolutely amazing due to its size and large palm trees. It just stands out. We did notice a few things that needed attention like the outdoor speakers and exhaust fan in the up stairs master. Dan said that he’d get them attended to. The only complaint we had was that the ad was misleading in that it doesn’t state that the pool is only heated by solar and only works during the hotter months. Any cooler months that you’d want the pool heated you’ll need to pay extra, which we did. I was also told that the sleeper sofa beds were very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great stay and Dan was a wonderful host. He was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I’d highly recommend but be sure to ask questions and read the contract thoroughly. Also, there shows an extra fridge in the garage and a 4 car garage under amenities but we did not have access to the garage for our stay.

What a great to stay in Las Vegas! We were a group of 13 staying in Vegas for a hockey/golf outing and couldn't ask for better accommodations. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities including towels, games and a fully stocked kitchen. Dan was super friendly and always available if we had any questions. The house is far enough out to enjoy some privacy away from the strip but conveniently for a 15-20 min drive away and local fanfare only a few blocks away. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and look forward to staying again on our next trip down to Vegas.

What a great house to celebrate my wifes 50th with kids, family and friends. Dan the host did a great job communicating before, during and after. We spent hours hanging out at the pool and grilling and ordering in food. We even had a hibachi meal catered at the house. So much fun. The strip is just a short ride away which was convenient as well as the airport. The house was clean and had plenty of items in the kitchen to make any meal. Quiet location too. Grocery store just a mile away. The big room upstairs allowed us to watch our NFL games too. Overall just a great stay with family and friends. Thanks Dan!!!

This house was amazing! With so many of us staying there I was worried it would become crowded. But we all had plenty of room and the space is beautiful. It was exactly as listed - pool worked great, the AC worked great (which in Vegas heat is crucial) and the rooms were huge and beautiful, just as shown. We had a large group, with several families with little kids, teenagers, and adults and the home was so spacious there was something for everyone. Everyone really enjoyed staying here - off the strip, but close enough to everything. This was my first experience renting a VRBO and everything was so smooth. If I had any questions, Dan was super responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this house!

It's hard to capture the experience of driving up to this house and being in it... it really is magical. We were a group of 18 people and we really struggled to capture in words how incredible this experience was. The pool was amazing, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms, bedrooms, and space felt like home. There were so many things to do like sit in the spa, play with the pool toys, play cornhole, play pool, or ping pong (dang I forgot to play ping pong!!). The privacy afforded by the location was such a relief. We had a little bit of an emergency on check out day but Dan was incredibly kind and accommodating, which helped mitigate my stress of dealing with the situation while checking out. I'm actually getting emotional thinking about that feeling of savoring the moment and not wanting to sleep on the last day, and sitting in the hot tub while the sunrises over the house. "Magical"

This property was great for my large family (20) Very roomy with all the amenities we needed to keep all the kids happy and entertained. The pool was great and the adults loved how shaded the backyard was. We had fun and would definitely rent again!

I took my family of five, with small kids, and my parents to the Sweet Sixteen in Vegas and this house way exceeded our expectations. Dan is the best host we have ever had. Fridge and pantry was completely stocked upon arrival and Dan always helped us with whatever we needed. The house is amazing and pool is even cooler. Will definitely stay here anytime we come back. We stayed in this house for a work trip and extended our stay to enjoy Las Vegas! Dan is absolutely amazing, and his house is just like the description and pictures provided. Very rarely do you stay in a rental house that looks exactly like the picture provided; THIS HOUSE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES! We rented the house for our family for my nephew's funeral. I have six kids, spouses, and grandkids it was perfect, especially the two master bedrooms. I was able to put the two families with kids in each. My husband and I slept in the other King room making it comfortable for all. I would recommend it for any large group we never felt cramped. The owner was very accommodating and helpful which was much appreciated. Looking for an alternate choice in Vegas you will enjoy this house!

This house was perfect our big family group of 17! It is located in a nice, safe residential area close to the strip. The neighbors were helpful & nice. There was plenty of room & table space for dinners, cards/games, & conversing. The bedrooms are big, & so are the closets. The pool area was accommodating for everyone (chairs, floats, space). We ubered to the Las Vegas Strip…Not a long drive; inexpensive. There is a large grocery store & liquor store close by. All of my siblings (families) would definitely stay here again!
