About this house rental
Located in Henlopen Acres, this attractive house for $381 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Great location 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage, walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. You can park your car for the week and walk everywhere (save gas). Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Nicely furnished, central air condition. Nice backyard with chairs, table and grill. Large screen LCD TV's in the family room and one each of the three bedrooms). Stereo, nice screened front porch, Florida room, two fireplaces (that you won't need, but they make the house cozy), and more.... High speed internet – just bring your laptop. Front loading washer dryer. The location is absolutely wonderful, and the house is clean and well-maintained. The following are the approximate nightly rates and do not include other fees such as the security deposit, cleaning and VRBO fees. I rent weekly Saturday to Saturday; Rental costs depend on the season. There is a $400 security deposit included in payments to be returned after rental without damage. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday. 1. Nightly rates from January 1. 2023 to April 29, 2024 are $315 per night. April 29, 2023 to June 24, 2023: $325 per night. June 24, 2023 to August 12, 2023: $425 per night. August 12, 2023 to December 31, 2023 $325 per night. The rates charged for the high season are lower than competition for the area and amenities. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

A lovely house in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to all the amenities Rehoboth has to offer. We had a brief power outage due to a storm and the owner was responsive helping us get it restored

My family and I had a such a wonderful stay at this home. Kay was so lovely and accomodating, and the home was exactly as described, but the pictures really didn’t do it justice, it has such a warm, cozy, cottage-like feel. There was plenty of space for my family to not feel right on top of each other, a family room, living room and a sun room in the front. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping and the dining table was large enough for us to have dinner and play games at. There is an outdoor shower, which was great to use when returning from the beach. The home is only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Rehobeth Ave. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Rehoboth Beach!

The house was in the perfect location to walk to the Boardwalk and the beach. It was only a 4 minute drive to the more "secluded" beach as well. Kay was friendly and helpful and very responsive! The house even had 2 parking passes so you didnt have to pay for street parking or lot parking near the beaches -- such an added bonus! The house was clean and had everything you needed. We will consider staying here again if we return to Rehoboth!

Great location to many beaches in the area, Rehoboth beach, Gordon’s pond beach and short drive to Lewes beaches and fishing! House is comfy and clean with lots of space. Can’t beat the outdoor shower after day at the beach. If you’re there on a Tuesday don’t miss the farmers market at the nearby park.

The house was the perfect size for 2 parents and 3 teenage boys. It's in a leafy neighborhood close to the beach. We also discovered a quaint cluster of restaurants and shops nearby along Baltimore Ave between 2nd and 1st Streets. The owner makes everything convenient for guests, e.g., easy to access keys, 2 Rehoboth parking permits in addition to two parking spots in the driveway, service that deals with trash and recycling, and cleaners who take care of cleaning at the end of the stay.
We hope to go back next year!

Property was perfect for a beach getaway. The owner was most attentive to detail when we first arrived with a few questions. There were lots of fabulous flat-screen t.v.'s all over the house. House was nice and cool when we arrived home from the beach and very quiet at night, so no noise from the neighbors. Price is most reasonable for lodging.

The house was much nicer in person than shown in the picture. It was recently updated it seems, new beds and windows. The location was great for us (family with two kids) - halfway between two playgrounds (Grove where the farmer's market is as well Gerar by the boardwalk) and walking distance to the beach (1 mile-ish I'd say). It is also right near some of the more local restaurants (Stingray, Dogfish Cafe, Egg).

The pictures do not do this place justice, house is quite spacious yard is great, great location to beach, strip and boardwalk. Outdoor shower is clutch! Will totally book here again. Host is great, and even checked in midweek to make sure we didn't need anything else!

Great group rental.
Spent an enjoyable week with 5 friends in this very comfortable Rehoboth cottage which is close to beach and downtown shopping. Large enclosed back porch with huge dining table was perfect for game nights. Owner very responsive.. Would definitely consider renting here again.

Best of all, its location is fabulous - within a half mile of anything you could want, from the beach to stores and restaurants.
The owner was great with communication - and though check-in and out was contactless, she sent emails on our day of arrival and departure to ensure we had everything needed. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Four block walk to the beach and easy walk to town and shopping. More than enough room for 4 adults with one infant. Well-stocked kitchen. Just bring your food if you want to cook, or walk to restaurants.

We loved the house , the back yard and outdoor shower .We were able to walk everywhere ..to the beach , to downtown Rehoboth , to church and to get groceries. The shaded tree lined sidewalks were a plus . The parking passes also came in handy when we felt like driving into town . The neighborhood in The Pines is super cute , and very quiet . It is great for walking , running and strolling an infant . The property owner responded immediately and helped us when we called to say we forgot an important item upon our departure. We were so lucky to be able to rent this beach house and we definitely plan on renting it again in the future.

The house was very nice, had lots of space for our family of 7. It was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was such a great location, we walked everywhere. Nice to leave the car and not have to worry about parking. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. A lovely vacation spot.
