Breath taking view of the Pacific Ocean from this luxury condo unit on the ninth floor situated at the quiet end of Ixtapa beach. You will wake up to a beautiful morning sunrise. There are opportunities to see whales or dolphins which is a beautiful sight to be seen.
Five minute walk to the Marina where charter boats are available and a few good restaurants to choose from and a golf course across the street and another one at the other end of Ixtapa. Beautiful grounds with infinity pool and adult pool. Enjoy the poolside bar service and food service. Enjoy some of Ixtapa's finest foods at the onsite restaurant for very reasonable prices. If you choose to do your own cooking, you can pick up your groceries in Zihuatanejo at Mega where you will find a great selection of foods.
Also on site are Business Centre with free internet access, tennis courts and an exercise room. Close to shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. This one bedroom condo is tastefully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Has cable TV private wi-fi. The bedroom has a king size bed. There are plenty of linens and towels provided. Comfortable patio furniture to sit on and enjoy the great view of the bay and the beach. You will also find a lounger for those afternoon naps if wanted. Laundry facilities within unit. There is 24 hour security at the front entry to building and from the beach.
Condo is non smoking within the unit. Smoking permitted on the balcony only.

The communication between us before our visit was so comforting. This is a beautiful, well-taken care of condo, and well stocked with dishes and everything needed to cook should one wish to do so. This is my third stay in BVG Mariana and by far the BEST!The balcony/patio has everything needed to truly enjoy the beautiful view.

Our host was responsive, attentive and provided excellent support when we had questions. The unit is lovely, wonderfully equipped and has all the amenities for a wonderful holiday.
