The property was as advertised. Great location with spacious and unique accomodations. Checkin process was a breeze; we were met by Giulio, who provided detailed information on both the property and it's history. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Venice.

We had the most amazing time in Venice! We saved Venice for last, so by the time we got to the property we were ready to set up our luggage for the last time and just enjoy this beautiful city. Giulio made the whole experience so easy - helping us step by step with transportation from the train station, booking a private boat taxi at the end for our departure to the airport, restaurant recommendations, etc. He was extremely responsive and helpful, and made us feel like we had a concierge. The apartment was tucked away in the most beautiful little courtyard with a boat dock, and delicious and quint restaurant just steps away from the door. The entire city lies within steps, but this little courtyard made if feel private, and local. When we arrived we must've spent 30 minutes in the apartment just looking around - it is a beautifully artistic space with so much attention to detail; exposed brick, beautiful artwork and furnishings, thick walls, so much room. Just beautiful! And the views are incredible! We had a convenience store within 2 minutes walking, many choices for cappuccino and breakfast within 2 minutes, etc. When we return to Venice, we will definitely come back to this place!

Giulio is a great host, super helpful. The location is amazing. A few minor things could be improved - like wifi extending into the bedrooms, and we had some minor plumbing issues - but a worthwhile place to stay overall.

The apartment was very spacious and had lots of charm but everything was very old and dated. Couches were a bit dirty and not very comfortable. The beds were hard and there were only a few comfy pillows. I requested more but never rec’d a response. There was not enough toilet paper for our 2 night stay and there was not one bottle of water there, nor any coffee or paper towels, basically nothing.
