Proximity to vaporetto stop, walking distance to all main attractions in Venice and all means of transport, generous and free mini-bar, equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nicely decorated apartment, guided self-check in, cleanliness, and baby cot preparation, friendly staff thanks Andrea for our nice conversation and helpful recommendations in the area!

Andrea, the owner, was so generous with her time, info and also goodies like aperol spritz ingredients, farewell pastries. Great views, central location but quiet, secure entry, elevator. A/C was more than enough on hot days; I had to dial it back to keep from being cold. Comfortable bed. I stayed in the loft on the 4th floor. Owners clearly care about making the apartment pleasant to visit.

Great location near a ferry to see the sights, but quiet. Lovely interior that looks even better in person. High quality shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The bed had a high quality mattress - one time I didn’t even know my partner got up from bed. Andrea greeted us at the time I noted we would arrive, and she was very friendly and kind. There’s a lot of expensive tourist restaurant ‘traps’ in Venice, so we appreciated and enjoyed the suggestions. I specifically booked a room with a kitchen to prepare our own breakfast, so you’re in a good neighborhood to buy some meats and cheeses. The kitchen was equipped for cooking, coffee, etc. We took full advantage of the in unit washer. Check in isn’t until later, but our room was ready when we arrived. (After a long redeye flight.) This building also has an elevator, which may not be common in an old city like Venice.
My main critique would be that the bathroom doesn’t match the high-end design of the other rooms in the unit. The cabinets were water damaged and the shower didn’t drain well.
Plus a couple small notes that aren’t a big deal but are worth mentioning: there’s no sign or hotel name on the door, so we had some trouble finding the location after lack of sleep on a long redeye flight, and GPS can be inaccurate in Venice. We arrived earlier than my initial estimate, and we genuinely had no idea if it was a hotel or office lobby. I’ve encountered this in other countries so I’m guessing this is a deliberate choice, but maybe just add a monkey logo on the door?
Secondly, there are no lights on the stairwell, which can be precarious with those stone steps and low ceilings. We literally used our phone flashlight lol. Maybe the assumption was that all guests will use the elevator, and we’re weird for walking down.

Our host, Andrea went above and beyond. She personally met us at the property, showed us how to use the keys, helped me call the airport regarding my lost luggage, and helped us with our laundry because the washer was not working that day. She had drinks and snacks available for us and all of the amenities you would want in an apartment. The location was also in a prime location so close to the Rialto bridge. We highly recommend!
