Nestled in Breckenridge, this attractive condo for $185 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 2 Bedroom + Loft / 1.5 Bath Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. It has cozy leather furniture, gas fireplace, a deck off living area and master bedroom, large HD TV, and free WiFi. This is a third-story unit with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and lots of light. The perfect location! In just minutes, you can walk to the high-speed ski lift at Peak 9 or to Main Street for dining, shopping, and nightlife. There is no need to drive around and look for parking. On the main level, there is a master bedroom with queen bed, and a full bathroom with large shower. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with queen bed, a loft with day bed and pull-out trundle bed, and a half-bath (sink and toilet). The brand new swimming pool and hot tub facility (4 hot tubs), opened December 2018, is located right across the parking lot from the condo. The condo is great for couples or families. Games and DVDs are included. There is a Ski Locker and free Laundry on ground floor. Fully remodeled inside and outside with all new kitchen and master bathroom, new carpet, new paint, and new TV's. It looks fantastic! FINE PRINT: Sorry, not even small and/or well-behaved dogs are allowed. This is a third floor unit with no elevator. This is a non-smoking condo. There is no air conditioning, but there are many fans. The ski resort is typically open through Memorial Day, but Peak 9 may close around mid-April. The swimming pool area is sometimes closed mid-May and early November for 2 weeks each.

The condo is in a great location. Once you get your bearings, everything is easy to access on foot. The Quicksilver lift is a short walk (maybe 200 yards), the local shuttle stop is a 2-minute walk, or you can walk into town in 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo! The check in process was smooth. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It is in a great location, within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! The pool and hot tub area is right across the parking lot and is nice and updated! I definitely recommend this wonderful Breckenridge condo!

This was our second time staying in this condo and our third or fourth time in the Timbernest complex. The location never disappoints! Easy access to the town and restaurants, hiking trails and mountain biking. The condo is cozy with everything we need to make our stay comfortable. The nearby pool and hot tubs are a nice bonus after a full day of physical activity. We will happily stay here again!

The entire process of booking the location, receiving information prior to our arrival, the offer to ask any questions about the arrangements, facility, location, activities, were seamless. The accommodations itself were very comfortable on multiple levels; the condominium was like a home away from home. Our family experienced a wonderful vacation in large part because of this, and most certainly we would enjoy staying there again!

We absolutely LOVED the Timbernest condo. The property is so comfortable and well-appointed for cooking & relaxing. Special bonus was the collection of games & puzzles. We enjoyed being able to walk to ski lifts as well as town for restaraunts & shopping. The condo is not fancy or over-the-top luxury. Instead, we found our stay more like enjoying the comforts of home!

We stayed at Robin’s condo over spring break with our 10 and 12 year old kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a ski locker on the ground floor for our use and the condo was a short walk to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 and to Main Street The unit also had access to a washer and dryer and hot tubs with a locker room across the parking lot.

This property has everything we needed. We were walkable to pick up ski rentals, or get to Quicksilver Chair lift, or to walk to Main Street for dinner. The condo had everything for a family of 5 to enjoy each other or have our own space. Loved it, and hope to be back.

The house was a great base for our group to ski at peak 9. We walked to the slope each day and walked to town for food each night. It was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the hot tub. Awesome!

We had a fantastic time, and the condo was great! The location was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the ski lifts and town, and how cozy the condo was. Even with single digit temperatures, we were always nice and comfortable. The condo was very well equipped. The owners seem to have thought of everything! We were able to cook meals with no issues. We even appreciated the spices and condiments that were there already. We left some to add to the supply. All in all, we loved it! We made many great memories there that we’ll always cherish.

Clean condo with a nice location just a 10 minute walk from the center of town. We had an issue with a leaky pipe (not the owners fault) and the owner was very responsive in getting it taken care of and communicating what was going on. Water pressure in the shower left a little to be desired, but other than that a good experience overall and would stay again.

Property was very nice as advertised. Communication with owner was easy and open. Excellent location for walking to anywhere in Breck. Owner had everything labeled, light switches, tv remote and left a helpful tenet book with instructions. Nice property.

Close to the lift and restaurants! Would recommend a better sleeping experience for the outdoor adventurous ones that play hard and want a comfortable nights sleep! All in all a great trip!

Great location near town and near Quicksilver chair. The walk to and from the chair lift took about 10 minutes. We stored our stuff at the lift for $13 a couple of the nights so we didn't have to lug it back and forth. Kitchen was really well stocked as were the rooms, which was a nice surprise. The fans helped with drying out our gear and all the pots, pans and Tupperware made food prep easy. Board games were fun for our family too. Owner was very responsive. We had a great trip!

I stayed here with my 6 year old son for a mother/son get away. The property was very convenient to everything, clean, and have everything we needed. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub area, but it looked amazing as well!
